Seasonal Golf Bonus:

Guests booking a full week between May 25 and October 15 receive three complimentary rounds of golf. Tee times are scheduled through the Sam Snead’s Clubhouse after check-in (a $30 clerk fee applies).

Our host was not attentive. The overall experience of being in this condo was disgusting. The place was old, the carpets were dirty, the internet didn't work our first day at the condo, there were no amenities such as soap in the restrooms, liners for garbage and in the dryer there were a bundle of towels left. The Dryer lint catch was 1/4" thick of lint so it was a fire hazard. We called and texted several times and all I received was a "We are so sorry for the Inconvenience" message. No one from housekeeping ever showed up. We took a lot of pictures to prove how ugly it was.

The condo seemed like no one had been there for a long time. Dust on walls and in corners. Flies were found in the unit. Mold in corners of the showers. No trash bags, no soap in bathrooms, no shampoo or soap in showers. The pull out bed in the sofa was nasty and falling apart with stains all over the mattress. The dishwasher was rusty. The clothes dryer lint screen was full of junk. The master bed was very firm.

Very happy with unit. Wish that listing included that there was no beach towels or beach chairs. Would like keurig coffee maker. In general the unit was well furnished and comfortable.

Checked in to a condo that had not been cleaned from the previous guests. Beds unmade, towels thrown all over bathrooms, dirty cups on coffee table, food in fridge, dirty dishes. Tried calling host through phone number given through VRBO and only got hold music and no one ever picked up. Sent messages that took forever to get a third party response telling me they were on the way to clean, then an hour later they said no cleaners could come until the next day and they only wanted to refund me the cleaning fee and expected us to stay in the filth. I was on the phone with VRBO for 2 hours, while spotty messaging back and forth with the third party. VRBO cannot refund your money FYI. I would never reserve this place or this host again.

Great Place to stay

Not the first time we've stayed there - it's great, clean, quiet and comfortable. The only negative thing I could say has nothing to do with the property or host, but we were originally booked with another host who cancelled on us AFTER we landed in Florida due to the previous tenant destroying the unit. Thankfully, Greenlinks took care of us. VRBO really needs to vet the renters better.

Great Location

Stayed in Greenlinks for a surprise birthday party at friends in Lely. Perfect location to that and other friends in Marco Island. Pool was gorgeous and condo is literally next door to Sam Snead’s. This is a golf aficionado’s dream. Very quiet. Summer is a wonderful time to visit Florida.

Lely experience

The unit was beautiful. One of the cleanest and best maintained of all the units we’ve ever stayed in at Lely. Our golf group has been coming here for several years but this is the first time we rented our own units. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the course and their restaurant. I would highly recommend it.

Very nicely appointed 2nd floor condo with gorgeous view of the range / putting areas especially around sunrise and sunset. Very nicely up to date furnishings, kitchen accessories and comfortable layout. Only regret was not bringing my clubs as the view got my golf juices flowing (was on family vacation and didn’t think I’d want to/have time to play).

Great place and location

I've stayed here before and I would probably stay there again because it's so close to my mom's retirement home but I had a terrible time checking in. The code didn't work and they couldn't get in touch with the management company. Apparently, it is not one host - "Christian"who owns/runs the property. It is a management company. It wouldn't have been so bad but VRBO was insisting that I take a video of the combination not working and that I prove that I had paid the fees before they escalated the issue. Apparently when it's a management company --VRBO only sees that I paid VRBO's fees and not the "rent". I was having trouble finding the credit card statement. I said why would they have given the code to get in if I hadn't paid. It was 10:00pm and I was tired. After 2 hours, I finally got in and the rest of the stay was fine but I was very frustrated with the situation.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was great. We were supplied with all the everyday items we needed which was a huge convenience. The resort grounds were beautiful. Unsafe, Unhealthy, not up to code, fooled by listing

HI, I had my family and other visiting while our stay. We were surprised to find: A. Visible moving/.living ants around kitchen sink area and down the cabinet door. B. Master Bedroom TV would not get connected to correct input or provider. Unusable. C. Missing Smoke Alarm/Detector in Hallway D. Leaking Water underneath refrigerator- had to wipe up several times per day. Slipped on the water on the white tile with my flip flops. I am requesting full reimbursement of my rental fee and cleaning fee. Note 5 claims there was no report, well the report was given to your staff upon my arrival at my home in Illinois. The rental is not a hotel with some engineer on site to fix and bring things up to current safety expectations. I dont care if the items were fixed upon my list generated. That is a faulty rental agreement and no one should of been in that unit with all those issues happening. I rented the unit knowing I would have fully functioning toilets, no leaks in the unit, proper linens to use. I didnt pay for ants on the kitchen counters, but had them all over. I paid for a unit to be in compliance with Florida rental codes for all working smoke detectors in the unit, to which they weren't. Take all those issues away, and yes it would of been a great unit to rent again and come back to. But with what we had to experience, is just awful and never should of occured. I am demanding full reimbursement of my rental agreement and cleaning fee. Let me know when this will be processed
