We really enjoyed our stay in the condo. We were in Boerne for my mom’s funeral and this gave us a place to relax and enjoy each others company. The location was perfect and the condo had every necessity that we might need. I would highly recommend this VRBO to anyone coming to Boerne or San Antonio.

We traveled to Boerne for a family get together. Everything about our stay was wonderful! The attention to detail was unmatched, the beds, sheets and pillows super comfortable, and Chase was very accommodating. We would stay again!

Perfectly Clean

This house was so clean and the coffee bar was stocked with every kind of coffee you could want. The host was very nice and easy to communicate with. The bedding was super comfortable and fresh. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place!

Fantastic stay

The house was perfect for our family, with enough space and common areas for everyone to spread out, immaculately clean, with well stocked pantry, kitchen, and coffee bar, all really nice touches. We cooked several times and my only suggestion is to include some serveware, like a large bowl for salad. Chase was a great communicator and super helpful as we were planning our stay and I would highly recommend this place!

Excellent!

Choose Chase’s place if you want a spotlessly clean, warmly decorated, well-organized, and “thought of every detail” place! Perfect for my husband and me and our dog. Short 2 minute drive to downtown Boerne, easy access to I-10. This is a new townhome on a no outlet street, safe to walk the dog. Chase was quick to respond, generous, and delightful. Highly recommended!

Pretty property and great host

The house was spotless, well decorated, and contained everything extra you could need. I took my elderly parents and it worked out perfect for them to be downstairs while I had a little separation upstairs. I’m sure that would work for many different family types. Chase, the host , was incredibly responsive and friendly. Great experience.

Just like home

The home was incredibly clean, and the kitchen, pantry, and coffee bar were well stocked. Same with paper products, towels in the bathrooms, and plug-ins/charging stations. Great experience all-around.

Above expectations!

The entire townhouse was furnished for efficiency with great thought given to what an occupant might need. The location was perfect for our daily long walks. We could go every direction and find new things to explore whether downtown Boerne, the Boerne Library, the City Park/Rec trail to the Cibolo Nature Center. and more. It was great! We will definitely consider staying there again.

Perfect! We will be back!

The communication and checkin process was flawless. The place is new, very clean, and decorated so well. I will definitely come back with my husband and daughter. There are 2 desk spaces (one upstairs and one downstairs) so if my husband and I both need to work, we can. The coffee/tea bar was stocked with everything you need. Thank you, Chase!

Amazing Hill Country Find

From the moment you walk in the door, this property amazes and delights. From the easy access entryways to the top notch finishes and thoughtful touches, your stress and worry will melt away. The property is ideally located in Boerne, a short drive to downtown shops and restaurants, but also close to other hill country towns and tons of state parks with hiking and swimming for the outdoor enthusiasts. The host has thought of everything and was very responsive to questions. The kitchen was well stocked, including basic spices, a rice cooker, and zippy cups for wee ones. Everything was well furnished and we had everything we needed. The games and the guitar in the loft were a big hit with the kids. The included streaming services was well appreciated by the adults after a long day. Everything was so clean and well maintained. There was plenty of parking. We ended up with 4 adults and 3 kids, and thanks to the huge walk in closet in the upstairs bedroom, there was plenty of space for all. We were able to fit a queen and a toddler size air mattress in there for our two boys. All-in-all we had an amazing experience and will definitely be back.

I booked this property for myself and two friends. Booking was easy, and communication with property owner was great. We had hoped the property looked as stylish as it did in the photos. How many times have you booked a hotel and been disappointed upon arrival?? Not to worry
 this host OVERdelivered! We stepped in to a sparkling clean home with all the amenities of home. How did they over deliver? -Blow dryer AND a straight iron were provided -Coffee/tea bar was over the top, and so appreciated. -Clean can’t begin to describe this property. It was immaculate. It even smelled great! -Stylish interior was cozy and inviting. -Host was easy to reach via text and very responsive. -Back patio was comfortable and inviting. -Sheets were super soft and clean, mattress was comfortable and in spite of being in a townhome, it was remarkably quiet. We all commented on how soundly we slept. -Checkout instructions were simple, where oftentimes they can be overwhelming. -Labels throughout the home made it easy to find and replace things. We all agreed we’d book this lovely property again if we’re in the area. Highly recommended!

Communication with host is excellent. Easy check out at end of stay. Love that it is pet and kid friendly eve though we had neither. But, lots of well thought of items for both.

I was born and raised in San Diego, CA and Denise in Philadelphia, PA. In 2016, we migrated to Texas, which is where we now call home. We are the parents of two little human (we think) boys, and two pretty puppy gals. We love to travel, get outside, meet new people, and experience new things.

We love the small town of Boerne, which is ~1.5 hours away from our primary residence. There is a ton of great shopping, as well as incredible restaurants and breweries. Not to mention, Boerne is the gateway into all the amazing Hill Country outdoor activities like the Guadalupe River, Canyon Lake, and famous bat Caves. We can easily get to downtown San Antonio, New Braunfels, and Fredericksburg. There are several awesome golf courses and were right up the street from Six Flags Fiesta Texas and Hurricane Harbor Water Park!

Amazing location for such a nice townhome. Walk to Main Street along Cibolo Creek. Walk to the Saturday Farmer's Market across the street. Drive anywhere in central or south Texas with ease. So convenient and all around great place to relax or work remotely.
