Beautifully updated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home just walking distance to the Old No.9 Walking Trail, Mary’s Tacos, and the Downtown Plaza.

The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower.
The common bathroom also has a walk-in tiled shower.

The kitchen is equipped with Chef- styled appliances and plenty of room to prep your favorite meals. There is also a workspace in the kitchen area equipped with ample outlets, lighting, and an office chair.

The living area is bathed in natural light from the abundant windows that open to both the front and back yard and when it’s time to get cozy just light the fire with the flip of a switch.

There is a full laundry room located just off the kitchen.

Weekend at Boerne

We came into town for a wedding and this house is in a perfect place. Close to town and all its quaint shopping and dining. The house is as described and has a relaxing backyard and patio area. The owner is quick to respond and extremely accommodating. When in Boerne this is the place to stay!

Cute, comfortable house near Main Street. Nice sized backyard and patio. Wendy was an amazing host, easy to work with and very responsive. We will rent here again.

Property was clean and well kept. Nice fenced yard for dogs to run. Was centrally located to our destinations in hill country and San Antonio. Wendy was a super host. She quickly responded to my texts to resolve couple of minor issues. Great stay.

Family Visit

House was just like it was described. Clean and plenty of space for my family. The back patio was great for visiting with my family that lives in Boerne. I would stay here again when I come back to visit.

Home Base

We had a great stay. We were traveling to see family in area and this rental was the perfect location for based on proximity to Main Street and our family. Just enough space and amenities for our group to have a “home base” during our visit. Thank you!

Wendy was a great host, and her house was everything we could have asked for. Excellent communication, very accommodating, a clean and modern home is a quiet family neighborhood. We would be happy to reserve Wendy's home again on a return visit to Boerne.

Boerne, TX - Dickens on Main - Perfect Stay, THANK YOU!

Cozy indeed! Property location is perfection for Dickens on Main & ALL things Boerne (Hungry Horse Cafe & Mary's Tacos/Tamales, trail, etc...)! Cozy, clean, and comfortable; truly a home away from home! We celebrated Thanksgiving (kitchen fully equipped with serving platters and all (priceless)) with wonderful family memories made in front of the fireplace & around the kitchen. My Maltipoo enjoyed the backyard with bags provided for easy cleanup, thank you! Truly enjoyed our stay, THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!
