Had a great stay here! House had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. There was room for 2 cars in the driveway and backing out onto the street wasn't that difficult. Nice area and it's close to everything. Would definitely stay here again!

Robert went out of his way to accommodate us and the home was as comfortable as a home can be away from home.

Overall great stay, nice place and especially loved the driveway parking! Some small stains and a few hairs in the bedsheets, but otherwise clean and comfy.

Clean & Convenient

This VRBO is very clean and well organized. We stayed there with 4 adults and two grandchildren. Driveway or on-street parking is convenient. Very close to the Burbank Airport and The 5.

Exceeded my expectations

We wanted something close to Universal studios that would accommodate our family of older teens 19, 17, and a 9 year old. This place was perfect for our family- super spacious, clean, and cozy. So well stocked that we didnt miss anything from home! Universal studios was a 15 min drive. Check in and out was super simple. The entire family truly enjoyed their stay here.

A hidden gem!

This property is a hidden gem in the LA area. It was just a short ride to Universal Studios Hollywood. I am so glad we decided to rent this VRBO versus going to a hotel. For a family of 6, it was much more affordable and spacious! Plus there is a king size bed in one bedroom! This home is super cute, stocked and nicely decorated. We will be back!

Super clean updated home with all essentials provided!

We loved our stay here while visiting Universal Studios! Everything was super clean and well stocked with quality items. The house was even more beautiful in person.The neighborhood was safe and close to shopping. The only down side is that the house is on a busy road and we had to back out into on coming traffic lane and figure out how to close the gate super quickly while watching for cars. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend

Great Stay

We had a great stay. All of the amenities were amazing and of great quality. There was coffee and a Keurig coffee maker. All kitchen utensils were provided. The restroom was fully stocked. Bedrooms had clean linens and plenty of clean fluffy pillows. There’s a tv in every room with access to streaming apps. There are two minor things I’d like to mention: the electricity breaker kept popping and a toy that was dropped in the driveway was thrown away. Thank you for the great stay!

Quaint, clean, and fully stocked

Exactly as described. Had all of the amenities listed and was in a perfect location for our Universal visit. When we arrived there was only 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, which obviously won't work for 4 adults for 3 nights. I contacted the owner and they brought some over immediately, which was amazing. The only thing we weren't a huge fan of is that the backdoor overlooks a back unit and there is no covering over the window--so whoever is in that back unit has full view of the inside of the unit, especially at night. Not a huge deal but just to share. Overall lovely stay and would absolutely recommend to those looking. hung up a little blanst for more privacy.

Good local stay

My husband and I had to relocate for 3 nights due to a termite tenting. I wanted somewhere closer to work and this fit the bill. The location was also close to my sister's house and to some of our favorite places on that side of town. We had enough space for our refrigerated and frozen items as well as extra items that we wanted to take out of our house. The house also had all that we would need to stay, including dishes, pots and pans, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. The house was clean and appointed well. There is 1 bathroom which was also well appointed. Parking was in the driveway, which is a narrow turn off of a busy street, but worked for us. We were able to work with the owner on scheduling an early check-in, but it did take a bit of time to receive entrance instructions and close-out instructions. I would recommend this house if you are in the neighborhood.

My family and I were very satisfied with the property. It is pristine, updated, tastefully decorated and well equipped with plenty of room inside and out. It is very peaceful despite being close to attractions like Universal Studios and Magnolia Ave. The hosts are quick to respond and very helpful. They even delivered a fresh tank of propane and new bbq tools to enjoy a cook out in the peaceful shaded patio and green area (gas grill and seating with table and umbrella). Front of house has a nice gate, small sitting area and shaded lawn. There is also a side driveway with gate that can take 2 maybe 3 cars tandem, opening to easy street parking. We appreciated the Apple TV, X box, board games and baby equipment. Smart configuration for working from home and a trundle in another room. Linens and kitchen ware were high end and plentiful and paper goods well stocked. Lots of coffee do the Keurig. Only things I’d think to add are maybe some hooks in the bedrooms for towels (to keep the pretty bathroom tidy), cooking oil, air fryer, and maybe a water filter pitcher, tea, sugar and dry creamer but I’d come back and buy those anyway:) We were safe and happy. Highly recommend and will return!

Hidden gem! Amazing communication, Clean, beautiful house

Blown away by how amazing this home is! Would have loved to have stayed longer! Alison and Roberts communication was speedy and always lovely and polite. Everything we could have needed was included, which we didn’t expect. The house was the most comfortable and clean home i’ve ever stayed in, would recommend this hidden gem to everyone! They’ve done such an amazing job with it. Myself and all my friends wish we stayed longer. Thanks so much Alison and Robert!
