A lovely space

It was very nice and clean. My husband and I stayed for 4 nights but only had 3 towels. Just a comment, there was shampoo in the shower but no body wash or soap.

Great location, safe neighborhood

Good location, easy to find and good proximity to freeways and major roads. Super cute BOHO style studio. Bring your own shampoo/conditioner/soap and to the host, please replace the sleeping pillows. The pros way outweighed any cons. There is a nice sculpture garden across the street, the apartment location is convenient for travel. We visited the historic downtown area almost daily for coffee, bakery, nice farmers market, cocktails, sweet boutiques. Very nice area. We would definitely stay there again.

I really liked the room nice furnishings and comfortable bed. The wifi was very fast and Olivia the Host was very responsive when I contacted her. I had a dirty hand towel in the bathroom and sent her a message and when I got back from dinner there were cleans towels waiting for me. Would definitely stay there again.

Clean studio in Arvada

Clean Studio near Old Town Arvada. Easy drive to Boulder and hikes in the foothills.

Cute but not clean

From the moment of arrival our stay was off to a rocky start. The check-in information we received had the correct door code, but incorrect apartment info (wrong floor and apartment number). When we finally received the right info, found the door to our rental wasn’t even locked. The apartment was cute, but not cleaned well. Found long hairs on table and counters, and in the shower. Dirty bed linens topped it off and had us really grossed out. At that point, I was not a happy renter and exchanged many messages with Olivia. She was unable to reach her cleaners to provide new sheets that night, and her suggestion for us to wash the sheets ourselves had me pretty livid. We ended up buying a cheap set of sheets at the local Walmart and Olivia reimbursed us for them. The previous renter’s dishes were still in the dishwasher, unwashed. We were allocated only 1 dishwasher pod, which was used to get clean dishes and were unable to run the dishwasher for the rest of our stay. No dishwashing soap either. The apartment is near a busy street, so light sleepers be aware there will be street noise. I would not rent again, and I am sure from all my complaining Olivia would not welcome us back anyway. I believe Olivia will be working with her cleaners to improve the cleanliness of the apartment. At one point she did offer to reimburse us if we checked out by 11 that day. Unfortunately, at the time we were not within driving distance of the apartment to be out by 11 and take advantage of her offer.

A week of softball

We were there because of the Sparkler Softball tournament so knew we would be at fields all over Denver. Arvada was a perfect location. We were within 30 minutes easily of all 5 fields we attended. And best of all close to Eldorado Canyon State Park, Boulder, Evergreen, Rockies Stadium and Red Rocks! So when not watching ball, playing was fun!! Olivia was very responsive to every message, checking in was easy, parking was good and the bed was very comfortable!! Would highly recommend! Sandra
