A great place to stay!

This was booked for a co-workers stay, and he had nothing but nice things to say about this property. Very clean, close to our office and neighbors were all very nice.

Very Nice Place

The place was just as advertised - very clean and comfortable - perfect for our visit. The check-in was very smooth. We had a problem and the property owner was very helpful in getting it resolved even though she was dealing with a family health emergency at the same time. Would highly recommend this place to any single person or couple traveling to the area.

Cute boho in Arvada.

Super cute place. Perfect for a couple. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Super comfortable bed. Limited kitchen prep space/tools if you plan on cooking all your meals. Overall, nice comfortable space for a relaxing weekend.

Good for a short stay

We enjoyed our stay and communication with the host was easy! She was gracious in letting us extend our stay by an extra night last minute. The apartment was clean and well maintained. We would stay here again but only for a couple of nights. There were very limited towels/washclothes for 2 people, the bed was ok but the pillows were paper thin and 1-ply toilet paper… oof. The property was listed as having washer/dryer but it was not in the unit and there was no info or instructions accessible for laundry. Parking is tight but ok. Overall would recommend for a short stay.

We wish we would have had the opportunity to resolve any issues with limited towels or not seeing instructions for laundry. We have since replaced the pillows in the unit and upgraded towelette paper. Thank you, we hope we can host you again in the future!

Clean and convenient

The property was clean and located across from the Arvada Community Center’s sculpture garden. Olivia was friendly and quickly responsive to our concerns. The kitchenette, although new, had no table or chairs so we could not eat there. And guests who expect the usual amenities such as bath soap, shampoo and conditioner, facial tissues and paper towels should bring their own as they are not provided.

The check-in process was terrible. The keypad wasn't working, and the host wanted me to send videos of it not working. They made it seem like they didn't think we weren't doing it correctly. Because we weren't able to get inside, I had no service to send videos. The host had bad service as well, and would not call me when I requested it for help. She was clearly out of town and not able to help out with her own property. When we finally got inside, after she changed the code 3 times and it finally worked... there was no toilet paper or paper towels. We had no way to wipe the first night. I'm sorry, but this is unacceptable. I didn't pay this much money only to not have toilet paper. She sent some the next day. Overall, I consider this really bad hospitality. The space itself was nice. But if you ever have any issues, don't expect much help from the host.

So sorry you didn’t enjoy your stay. Upon checkout we confirmed the door lock had no issues. Normally it’s easier to resolve user error through chat so we can see where we are messing up, that’s why we were responding on chat. So sorry for our cleaning teams mistake on not leaving enough supplies but I’m glad we were able to respond/resolve immediately.

Perfect and comfortable

This place was exactly what we needed and priced better than local hotels (which were all sold out). It was close to where our kids and grandkids live, so it was very convenient. The place was very clean and stylish. The parking was not optimal, but we have a really big truck. It would be fine for a regular sized car. Just so you know, the kitchen is small without any counter space for food prep. This was not an issue for us because we didn't need that. The bathroom, bedroom, and living room had plenty of room to accommodate us. Very clean and decorated nicely. Another note; there were only 2 towels and washcloths. We were only there for 4 days so it was not an issue, but if you stay longer you may want to consider bringing your own. This is very nice in a nice area. I would not hesitate staying here again. We are considering staying here for Christmas if we come up for the holiday. Also suggestions for owner: 1. Consider getting a folding luggage rack for guests to put a suitcase on. I think they are about $30 on Amazon. 2. Consider a night light of some sort or under the cabinet light in the kitchen. Its pretty dark in the apartment at night and when you're not familiar with the place, stumbling around at night is troublesome. We just left the bathroom light on with the door cracked open. 3. You could get a small island for in the kitchen. I think Costco or Ikea or probably Amazon may have them. This would give guests extra counter space for food prep if needed. None of the above are huge issues, just suggestions to make your lovely place a bit better. Thank you for accomodating us at rhe last minute! DARLA
