Fabulous new 2 story home with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, fully stocked kitchen and a great outdoor patio area with a grill, seating and a picnic table. Our home is just a 15 minute walk to downtown Fernandina Beach, with it's wonderful restaurants, bars, patios, music, shopping and make sure you go one evening to see the amazing sunset at the marina. Mocama Brewery is just a 5 minute walk for a relaxing afternoon drink. The white sand beach is a 8 minute drive for a great day of fun and sun. Want a break from the beach visit historic Fort Clinch either by car or bike or take the free Trolley around town to hear its history.
Everyday offers an opportunity to make fun memories....ENJOY!

About a 12 minute walk to downtown Fernandina Beach in a quiet neighborhood. Great beds! Some traffic noise but not over the top.

What a charming house

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was just the perfect place for me and my husband. We enjoyed walking to the downtown area. It was a quick walk and we loved looking at the houses along the way. I highly recommend this house.

Comfortable place in close proximity to downtown.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious, well stocked and very comfortable. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk to downtown. Will definitely stay here again.

Great place in Fernandina Beach!

We loved this place. We come to Fernandina often and over many years, but still were surprised what a great location this house was. Yes, easily walk to town, but also a quick drive to the beach, the Publix store or really anywhere in town. Super comfortable sofa, chairs and beds! Exactly as pictures show; cute and beachy vibe and very clean. Host was great with communications. Easy self check-in. Hope to come back!

Winter getaway

My wife and I stayed Here for five nights in January 2025. Everything was nice. The place was clean and the bed was comfortable. Train whistle gave us a wake up call each morning at 5:30 but it wasn’t really Anything we couldn’t brush off.Overall a nice place for a couple or small family.

mini snow bird trip

We went down to Amelia Island for 5 weeks to get out of the cold in Maryland. It was wonderful and we plan to go back! The house was perfect for us and we could walk to town and most of the restaurants and bars we enjoyed. It was a great location and a quick car ride to anywhere on the island. We loved our stay!
