Home sweet home. This quaint bungalow is located center island within walking distance of shopping, groceries, restaurants, and more. The beautiful beach is only 1.1 miles away with sidewalk all the way. Downtown, quaint and full of history, restaurants and shopping is about a 7-minute drive and the south end of the island, with a fishing bridge, horseback riding, the Ritz and the Omni is about the same. It is in a quiet neighborhood and perfect for that little getaway.

Cosy cottage

Comfortable, clean and homey cottage in a good neighborhood, close to everything. Hosts are great communicators and have thought of everything. Lots of extra touches make your stay even better. Will most definitely stay again!

A Wonderful Stay

We spent the month of March here. It was our first time in Amelia Island. The house is very inviting and cozy. The hosts were super nice. Amelia Island is a special place.

Great little bungalow!

Awesome bungalow! It had everything we needed for a weeklong stay. Pam even included treats and coffee for our arrival. Plenty of linens were provided and we loved having the washer dryer available. Rooms were adequate and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking gear. We loved having the fenced in yard for our small dog, but there were dogs across the street as well that barked sometimes. Conveniently located to grocery and the street was quiet and safe.

Wonderful little home/great location

I stayed here with my wife, two daughters and our dog, had a wonderful time. The home was clean and well appointed. The owner was quick to respond to any questions I had, was very communicative from the beginning through the end of our stay. She even left some popsicle treats in the freezer for my daughter's some nice coffee and a pastry for us all! This was a perfect spot for my family, definitely planning to stay here again on our next trip.

Adorable place and great location!

This was the perfect place for us and our pup. Our dog was able to go outside and run around when needed. The location was great and easy quick drive to the beach or downtown. Everything we needed for our stay was provided and the owners were very accommodating.

Cozy, comfortable, and cute!

Stayed here during the Amelia Island car show. Owners checked to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. House had ample room, great yard, and was convenient to shopping. Would stay here again!
