Villa Bonet offers a luxurious and comfortable stay with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, each featuring queen beds, and 2.5 baths. Relax in the separate TV room equipped with a 55" Vizio Smart TV, air-conditioning, and a cozy sofa for Netflix and chill.

The villa is fully equipped with everything you need, including a full-size washer/dryer, first aid kit, beach towels, chairs, cooler, and snorkeling gear. Villa Bonet is a great property with an excellent location. We were at walking distance from the beach. Also close to a variety of restaurants.The property is well equipped with chairs, towels and beach accessories to enjoy your stay and if you want to enjoy in house the patio is also very well equipped.

Great townhouse in a great location

This is my family’s second visit to Rincon. This property is in the perfect location. Marina beach is right next to property. There are a few restaurants and shops in walking distance and town is a 5 minute ride. Location is perfect to visit the neighboring beaches as well. The home is comfortably decorated with everything you need to enjoy the beach and home.

Perfect spot

The property was great the location was near the beach, restaurants and boat ramp. The property was clean and and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The house had backup power which came in handy as the whole island lost power while we were there. We have stayed in a few places in this community and this one has been the best. Looking forward to staying here again.

Lots of Amenities in GREAT location

The Punta Bahia complex is a perfect location in the part of Rincon we like best, a short walk to the Marina beach and activities, and along the new community path in one direction to Steps Beach and further to Maria's Beach, and in the other direction to Town. Condo was clean, with lots of extras (kids' games, beach towels, chairs, umbrella, snorkel equipment, sun tan lotion, etc.). Host was very responsive and helpful whenever needed. Complex pool was lovely, and well maintained, Air conditioning and fans were great. Kitchen was adequate for our needs. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor patio area and barbeque.

Most AMAZING Stay!!!

This place was the perfect size for 6 adults and plenty of room!! The location is amazing! We were steps away from great restaurants/bars/coffee shop and the beach is right there! There is a dive/snorkeling shop there too! The beach is the best and even though a lot of people come, there is plenty of room and the water is amazing and great walks on the beach! We love to walk each morning and there is a natural preserve land you can walk as well! The host to this place is top notch! If you have any questions at any time he responds instantly!! Plenty of towels and even beach towels, floats and snorkeling gear! If you want to go downtown Rincon, it’s just minutes away!! We will definitely be back!! Thanks to the best stay, best host and the best placeđŸ‡”đŸ‡·đŸ‡”đŸ‡·đŸ‡”đŸ‡·

Lovely property by the ocean

This is our second time staying in this community. It is gated and secure. The pool is lovely and property is right by the ocean. House was very clean and exactly as pictured - perfect for our group of 6 adults. Three bedrooms with AC, lovely stocked kitchen suitable for cooking, and comfy living/lounge area. Backyard is so beautiful with outdoor shower and jacuzzi. Tesla generator came in handy during the two power outages that we experienced during our stay which are commonly expected in PR. The host, Erick, responded very quickly and had great communication when reaching out about questions. Rincon is always our first choice to come and visit in PR - lots of things to do and amazing beaches for snorkeling and surfing. We definitely recommend staying in this property!
