This is a fantastic property. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Fantastic pool. Great location as only a short walk to a beautiful beach with beach bars and restaurants. Ciutadella is beautiful and only a few miles away. We hired a car so we could explore the island but there is a bus stop near the property if needed. The owner was lovely and messaged straight back once we'd asked for restaurant recommendations. We would definitely consider booking again in the future.

Pros: Villa Xipell 9 is a five-star villa: living there, even if it was for few days, has been a dream. We enjoyed everything. Joan has big care of the house, for sure. We loved him and his family from the start. We already miss you, Joan. Hope to see you again Cons: Nothing

Well-equipped villa, fantastic location, brilliant host

Pros: We had absolutely everything we needed to enjoy a week-long stay at the villa. The host Joan was fantastic, greeting us on arrival, showing us round the villa, and even giving us a lift to the supermarket (and providing bags for groceries!). The villa itself was spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. We spent a lot of time in and around the pool which was a great size and depth for swimming, games, and relaxing. Time spent out of the pool was used to explore the local area. The villa is well situated near Cala Santandria (5 minutes walk) for a sandy beach and Ciutadella (20 minute bus) for a city with a beautiful marina. We're looking forward to seeing Joan again and thank him very much for a memorable stay. Cons: There was honestly nothing we could think of. It was a fantastic stay and we'll be returning next year.
