Great location and accommodations

Love the location near the state park, as the area is not as busy as the rest of Panama City Beach. Quiet and comfortable. Looking forward to returning soon.

Great time at Seadide Villas!

The amenities of the condo and the property are great for our family of four. The condo is located close to several restaurants and the State park. Plenty of things to do to keep everyone entertained.

We enjoyed our weekend!

We enjoyed being at Sea Side Villas. Love the location. The landscaping is beautiful and the people were friendly. The condo is very adequate. Needs some updates and the screened porch lounge chairs need to be replaced. Very nice courtyard and pool. Pool furniture was great. All in all we were pleased.

The BEDS!!!

Overall our stay was fine... pool is nice... close to the Gulf Beach. Restaurants are close.. Kitchen is fine and pretty well has everything you need. Living room/dining room are good. The beds really need replacing as does the furniture in the front bed room.

Relaxing

Our family have stayed here before. It was really nice. The owner renovated the condo, which was a surprise for us. Because the last time it was a little out dated. But also nice and clean. Location is great. Plenty of restaurants & stores nearby. Access to the beach was great. I like there's plenty of parking. The condo had everything we needed. This was not our first time vacationing here. We will definitely stay here again.

Lovely view and location

Mattresses desperately need to be replaced. Dryer sensors need to be checked as dryer turned of after a couple of minutes. Sliding door needs new rollers. Fix these things and we will happily stay here again.

Odor

Great rental. However, there was an odor that seemed to be coming from a sewer opening somewhere in the room. It needs to be throughly inspected to see if all vents and traps are properly installed and connected from the renovation. It seemed to be more apparent when the AC turned on which is common with the return pulling the smell from an opening in the sewer. I made the property manager aware of the issue.

Very enjoyable stay.

Our stay was very enjoyable. The only downfall was there were no ceiling fans in any of the rooms, especially the patio area. It would have been nice to be outside in the evenings but fans would be necessary when there was no breeze. Otherwise, the condo complex was beautiful.
