Our serene and centrally-located 3rd-floor condo at Casa Blanca Golf Villas Resort offers simplicity and comfort. Bring your furry companions as we welcome up to 2 pets with no additional fees. Enjoy morning beach walks together and unwind with a dedicated workspace for longer stays. Take advantage of our 18-hole putting golf course right on-site. Relax by swimming in one of our two heated pools or the beachfront pool just steps from the Sea of Cortez. Gather with friends and family for a BBQ using our charcoal or gas grills, or enjoy a friendly game of volleyball or cornhole. There's something here for everyone to enjoy during your stay.

Please note that a $300 security deposit hold will be placed on your payment method the day before your arrival, and will be released within 7 days if there is no damage.
Casa Blanca is a resort privately owned by the HOA members, not a hotel. It is important to respect other guests, staff and owners of the resort. If for any reason security deems it necessary to remove you from the property for breaking the rules and regulations of the resort not refund will be given. Note: In our long time as managers this has only happened once. Quiet time is between 10pm - 8am.

The condo was great. Clean spacious. Owner where communtive with us throughout the whole time. We even had issues with AC and problem was solved within a 2 hour or less. The beach area of the condo was great as well. The only con i would say is it is quit a walk to the beach. Carrying all your beach gear it can be a workout! It is about a 10 to 15 minutes walk. I would definitely consider taking a wagon to load everything onto. It would probably make things easier. We will definitely consider this place again for another trip. Especially if you can take your pets. Which didn't this time but loved that it was an option!

We stayed at this rental for 4 nights with a group of 4 people. The property had several highlights that made our stay enjoyable. The parking was secure and convenient, the view was incredible, and the check-in process was seamless. The resort felt private with no vendors or outsiders, and the common area barbecue grills were clean, fueled with propane, and readily available. The pools were nice, though sandy and not well-maintained, and the rooftop bar was closed one night we visited.However, several small issues impacted our experience. The washer was unusable, taking over 6 hours to fill and run a cycle. The dryer’s vent hose was improperly connected to a can, preventing drying and making the room overly hot and humid, so we couldn’t use it. The dishwasher had foul-smelling water upon arrival, which stunk up the apartment until we cleaned the clogged filter and ran it with bleach. Kitchen issues included a broken plate, a leaking coffee cup, an unusable nonstick pan, a mismatched blender that couldn’t hold liquid, and one non-working stove burner, though other cookware and burners were available.Supplies were also insufficient for our group. Only one extra trash bag was provided for two cans (run and kitchen), which was inadequate for 4 nights. The tiny shampoo, conditioner, and soap sets (one per bathroom) ran out quickly, and the towel count was too low, requiring us to reuse them. The thermostat’s temperature decrease button was broken but usable with effort.

Beach Days

We had a wonderful stay. The property is well maintained and clean. Enjoyed our days at the beautifully beach which is a short walk down the nice pathway. Lots of restaurants nearby, we really enjoyed dinner at Garufa steak house.

Overall good experience

Condo was clean and well stocked. Only draw back is there is only one TV in the living room and is outdated. Not a roku or any other streaming tv and without cable connected to it not much to use. Make sure you bring something to connect to it. Also no other televisions are available so bring your own media device.

Perfect location

Condo was in perfect condition and location. Was very pleased and hope to book again. Three pools very clean and everyone we w countered was beyond friendly. Restaurant on site was very good! Thank you for an amazing clean phone to stay for vacation.

Casa Blanca

We were very surprised at how much we enjoyed staying at Casa Blanca. The resort is not as fancy as the newer ones, but it was actually really nice, clean, great location, and they let us bring our dog! We even played a game of putt putt which we haven't done in years. They have putters and balls for you to borrow at the guard shack. Also, there is a small convenience store on site which is great for ice. Craig was quick to answer/help. Will definitely stay there again.

Beach side condo was perfect

Nice place w great view 100 yards from the sand and water. Nice clean pool and grounds. Very comfortable clean and more tranquil than some of those raucous pool party joints just down the beach. Spacious east facing patio was a perfect spot for the dog when we were at dinner and golfing. I would def return without a doubt. Prices right.
