Black Bear Lodge

We proudly offers our Black Bear Lodge as a one of kind stay. Our lodge is conveniently located off ITS 89N ATV/Snowmobile trail system, your gateway to the northern country of Aroostook County. This one of a kind lodge offers comfortable housing for up to 14 guests, a full bath, washer and dryer, fully furnished kitchen, cable, internet, large loft just 6 miles from town center. Three bedrooms downstairs (1 queen, and two singles) along with an open loft with 10 single beds. This lodge appeals to everyone. In the heart of Aroostook County, you will find unlimited hunting, fishing, and miles of endless trail systems. Whether you are looking for a nice place to relax or your next recreational outing, we will provide everything you need with an added personal touch you won't find anywhere else.

The cabin is very clean and well stocked! Great getaway for our large family, with open spaces to mingle and a perfect lawn to spread out and play games or have a fire by the pond. Definitely recommend!

Christmas Getaway

We had a wonderful stay! The cabin was cozy and perfect for our family of 4. It would also be perfect for larger groups with all of the beds upstairs. It was a great location and absolutely beautiful! The house had everything we needed and it was such an easy check in and check out process, and the cabin was ready early! The grounds were well kept and gorgeous. We will definitely be back!!

Quick weekend

The Black Bear Lodge is a lovely spot. Right located next to their pond, access to trails, a grill, fire pit, and every amenity needed to make us right at home. Highly recommend.

Beautiful cabin, perfect getaway!

My family first came here 5 years ago for a family reunion, and returned this year for the same function. It was even better than we remembered!! The cornhole and firepits are top knotch. We will definitely be returning :)

Eclipse viewing :-)

The cabin was perfectly situated for eclipse viewing and my family had a great time. My husband wished he had gotten to be there at a snowier time, but you can’t pick the day of an eclipse! Quiet and the view of stars at night were excellent, as well.

stay at the cabin review

The property overall was alright. It definitely needed to be cleaner. The sheets needed to be washed, also the dishes were in the dishwasher not washed. There is not much to work with as far as cooking. Also, on Sunday morning someone decided to mow the lawn, which was totally inconsiderate and unnecessary. They might consider putting blinds on the windows and fix the door to get out to the lake which was stuck.

Nice setup with everything you need

Really nice setup. Roomy enough to entertain company. All the amenities you would ever need are provided. Definitely would book again. One bathroom is the only downfall.

So worth it

these cabins are awesome.. 2nd time there, since new owners now, very friendly and welcoming.. just so warm and comfy!! clean and having the amenities needed and provided..thank you Michelle... oh and if you want to make reservations ya might wanna book ahead these 3 cabins go quick!!!
