"Snowmobile/ATV Haven LLC" w/access to ITS 83/105

Snowmobile/ATV Haven, located in Washburn, Maine "The Hub of Aroostook County." Our 3 bedroom ranch home has direct access to ITS 83/105 snowmobile/ATV trails. There are various small and large trail loops for your riding enjoyment. Non-ethanol fuel is available locally, as well as a small local diner and Country Store. Additional dining/shopping options are available in nearby Presque Isle (10 Miles) and Caribou (8 Miles).
The space
Check-in with the key pad. Our Snowmobile/ATV Haven has space for up to four snowmobile/ATV trailers, depending on trailer size. Trail access is directly across the street as is the access road to the Washburn Trail Runners Snowmobile Club House and Washburn ATV Club.

Our house features Roku TV's in each bedroom with Wi-Fi access. Sign into any service you currently subscribe to or any of the free services available on the internet.

The kitchen is equipped with various small appliances to include a microwave, Keurig/coffee combo, blender, toaster and slow cooker. Start your meal before hitting the trails and it will be ready when you return!

You'll have access to a washer/dryer if needed and dedicated space to put your riding gear.
Guest access
You'll have the whole house to yourself with the exception of the locked closet in the master bedroom and a locked storage area in the basement.

Fantastic location and accommodations

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights to go trail riding with our side by side. The trail is literally across the street. There’s also a picnic area and playground there if you are traveling with young children. The house was immaculate, and extremely comfortable. It has everything you could possibly need. Communication was excellent. We are looking forward to our next stay in this sweet town.

Comfortable house

We were in town for a funeral and the house was very comfortable for a long weekend stay. Photos are accurate with a well stocked kitchen. Check in and out were easy.

Just perfect

It was just what we needed for our visit. We were traveling for my mother-in-law’s burial at New Sweden Cemetery and this house worked out just perfect. It’s very cozy and had everything you need for the end of your day. If we ever get back to Maine we will definitely use this property again. Beautiful area.

Wonderful Flexible Host

Ahead of time I had a couple of questions. Host replied very quickly, and was helpful and accommodating. It turns out ( the day of eclipse) we got a late invite to do something else. The next day I let the host know (so that he knew he would not have to clean.) He replied with an offer of an add on free day if we ever needed the property in the future. I would work with this host again in a heartbeat.

Depending on your needs for why you are traveling here it a great place to stay. home looks exactly like pictures. Had plenty of room for everyone.

Great quiet in small town location

I was here for work at Cary Medical center. The house is on Main Street across from trails as described. I really liked having a place I could cook my meals including an outdoor grill. The living room is awesome for comfort TV watching. The TVs have Roku so streaming your own stuff is nice. If you’re a trail running family, there are miles n miles of trails in this area. Be safe. 😀

Staying for work trip

I was looking to stay at a place near Cary Hospital for work. This house is only 15 minutes away. The property was as described. The manager provided the information needed upon arrival the morning of my arrival. The house was well equipped to make meals. There are smart TVs and connection to the internet was solid. Everything was clean and well organized. The grill worked well, this was important to me as I used it every day. I can easily see why snowmobilers would enjoy staying here. Thank you.

Comfy and convenient!!

Super convenient- right across from the trail and just around the corner from food and stores. Furniture was incredibly comfortable and a godsend after a 10hr day of riding
