Osceola’s Balcony #9 wants to welcome you to our 2 BR 2 BA with a pull out couch in the heart of Downtown Stuart! Our brand new fully renovated suite is by far the place to stay in Stuart! OB9 is new from top to bottom - kitchen, furniture, tvs, washer/dryer! We are next to restaurants, a boardwalk along the water, parks, and boat taxis that will give the experience that made us fall in love with Stuart! Come book with us today! This property is awesome. Super clean and adorably decorated. Comfy couches and chairs (nice leather) and very comfortable king size beds. We only stayed one night, but it’s perfect for a longer stay. The kitchen is well equipped, there is a basket of beach towels and a washer/dryer. And the covered balcony is big and perfect for people watching as you are right above all of Stuart’s shops and restaurants. If you’re an early and light sleeper you may hear people below on weekend nights, but we had no issues. Perfect stay!!

The property was lovely. Street view was fun. Area around the stairway not so lovely. I could not connect to WiFi using the posted instructions. The location stood pour.

Restored my love for VRBOs!

This was so much better than the pictures! Such a fun location-so much space. Cannot recommend highly enough.If you’re looking for a place in Stuart-don’t mess this one or number seven. (This one was a bit larger, but we had friends in the other one.)Thoughtful details with detergent and starter coffee Pods and plenty of towels!! Love the balcony!!Thanks so much!!

Excellent apartment

The location is perfect in downtown Stuart. As we had previously lived the area, we knew to expect some noise from the street and the railway.That said, the proximity to shops and restaurants was exactly what we were looking for.

Heaven in a condo

This place is a little slice of heaven! It has absolutely everything you could possibly need for a long/short stay. It is right in the heart of downtown Stuart, above all of the shopping. The Riverwalk is a minute walk down the road. We were lucky enough to be there when the art festival was going on, so there was tons to do. The shopping is fabulous, the restaurants are fantastic and the live bands were an extra perk! to The owner was amazingly helpful, communicative and willing to help out with whatever we needed. He asked if it was OK to stop by and drop off some new furniture, which I of course said was fine. He brought over 2 new beautiful chairs and we had a lovely conversation with him. What a pleasant guy! This place is stunning, wonderful natural light, completely upgraded and modernized in all ways. Well worth every penny! You MUST stay here! You wont regret it!

This place is so nice!! It’s in a cute downtown area with lots of restaurants and boutiques. Everywhere we went the people were so nice! I would love to live there!!!

Incredible Location

The condo was all we could have asked for in downtown Stuart. Being able to walk to shopping, restaurants, and a concert at Terra Fermata make this the perfect spot. We come to Stuart a couple times per year and will definitely be looking at this for future stays.

The best place to stay if you want shops and restaurants very close by! Beautiful inside furniture and very clean! The balcony is very nice! My second time this year and will come again!

Great downtown Accommodations

Very clean with everything you would need. Restaurants, stores right out your door. Only thing to keep in mind is that you are downtown so the noise level is to be expected. All in all a great place! We would come back again!
