Start the day by sipping coffee on your large, enclosed deck, and then head inside to prepare breakfast. The high ceilings, open layout, nautical decor, and comfortable furnishings make spending time together a pleasure. The chef will love the fully upgraded kitchen, with sleek, granite countertops and new stainless steel appliances. Dine together at the table for four or step back outside to dine alfresco.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
