This quiet mountain cottage is surrounded by trees and has a large deck to relax and enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the mountain air and sounds of the stream that runs below. Centrally located just 5 minutes from downtown Cashiers and Silver Run Falls, 15 minutes to Sapphire Valley Resort and Lake Glenville, and 30 minutes to Highlands and Lake Toxaway, the cottage is a great home base to explore all that the Cashiers area has to offer.

➤ 2 bedroom/2 bath mountain cottage has a king bed and 2 twin beds (which can be converted into a king if requested when the reservation is made). Can accommodate up to 5 people if using the sofa bed in the living room

➤ Professionally cleaned before each stay with fresh linens, towels, and toiletries provided
➤ Satellite internet and wifi available throughout the house

➤ Dogs are allowed (up to 2 dogs that weigh 50 lbs or less each). If you are planning to bring your dog, they must be included in the reservation so that the pet fee will be applied
➤ Stays that are greater than 14 nights will require midstay cleanings every 14 days, and guest will be charged an additional cleaning fee equivalent to the standard cleaning fee for each cleaning

Note - There are two exterior security cameras that will be on during your stay. Neither of them face any interior areas of the house, and there are no recording devices in the house.
