Have coffee poolside while watching dolphins splash, manatees swim, or boats dock in the marina. The intracoastal-facing clubhouse offers a BYOB bar and restaurant, pool table, cornhole tournaments, weekend food trucks, library and yoga classes. Walking trails weave along the water and through tennis and pickleball courts, where a pro shop and on-site masseuse can work out any tension you may have packed by mistake.
The location can't be beat; you are just four blocks from a resident favorite, Indian Rocks Beach. Ride a bike or take a 10 min walk across the bridge and grab your slice of sunny paradise. Inside, high-speed internet, a dedicated desk space, high-end swivel chairs, wall-mounted tv, and a fully stocked kitchen with everything from a Vitamix blender to DeLonghi espresso and coffeemaker make coming home a joy. Up a short stairway, you'll find new vinyl plank flooring for easy clean-up and two full bathrooms with in-unit washer and dryer. Loved the condo location, great for walking, wonderful neighbors and super close walk to beach and restaurants (just over the bridge). Lisa was a great host with quick response to any inquiry!

Excellent location
Excellent location. Short walk across the bridge to the beach and and good restaurants and entertainment. Nice condo that was comfortable and well stocked to get us started. The entire condo complex was well taken care and very clean and safe.

Enjoyed largo/Indian rocks beach
We enjoyed our stay. We were able to bring my kitty. Lisa was a great host very easy to get a hold of. She responded to our needs quickly. The place had everything you needed. Very close to beaches. It’s right between Clearwater and John’s pass. Would recommend going to Ft. Desoto Park. Lots of fun getting sand dollars

Loved Our Stay
We stayed in Lisa's condo for close to 3 months, during a move from Hawaii to Florida, while waiting for our furniture to arrive from Hawaii. We have nothing but great things to say about this rental. It is beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. It has everything you need to just unpack and start your vacation. Lisa is very easy to work with and super accommodating. The location is very convenient- close to the beach, numerous restaurants, grocery stores and pharmacies, short drive to Clearwater and St. Petersburg. We also spent a fair bit of time at the community pool. It's large enough to do laps and the people we met were very friendly. I also believe that the price is about as good as you will find in the area. If you are considering renting this unit- don't hesistate. Just do it!

We are a family of 5 living in South Tampa, originally from the Chicago suburbs. The beach was calling, and so we went! I'm a veterinarian and a Realtor. Andrew works in professional sports and we love sharing our home and condo with others looking to relax, recharge, or need an inviting temporary homes. Since we have two dogs ourselves, finding a condo that was small pet friendly was important to us.

This condo has the best of all worlds. It is within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and nightlife, but is situated in a community where many residents live year round. The first floor makes it ideal for letting out a small pet, there is plenty of parking, a beautiful, waterfront pool, and pickle ball/tennis for enthusiasts.
