Gulfside Villas is a gated community situated right on Indian Rocks Beach! This updated 3-story Townhome has 2 full bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The bright kitchen on the main floor has state of the art appliances and is fully equipped. The tastefully decorated living area features a large flat screen TV and comfy furniture is great for a movie night in. It opens up to a nice balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or a cocktail after a fun filled day on the beach. The 2 full bedrooms also feature flat screen TVs. Free WiFi and covered parking available for 2 cars.

There's a beautiful pool (heated in the winter), outdoor shower and a nice picnic area on site. The property is centrally located within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Or, you can just hop on the Beach Trolley and explore the 30 mile coastline from St. Pete Beach to Clearwater Beach.

Indian Rocks vacation

Property was great. Would be nice to have folding beach chairs available for guests. My kids rented a house when we were there, they were not on the beach and they had beach chairs available! We flew in so we could not bring our own.

Relaxing holiday

My husband & I stayed at this property r first week of January. We needed a quiet & relaxing place close to friends & family. This place was perfect, although we didn't need all that room for the 2 of us. The unit was clean, had the necessary supplies to get us started, was in walking distance to local restaurants & bars.

We ended up not using the condo - only because we were afraid Hurricane Ian would hit the Sarasota area. Even though the hurricane didn’t we had already booked alternate plans.

Wonderful Family Vacation!

Covered parking in a gated community was a plus. Pool is a good size and visible from the unit. Very short walk to the beach with a great shower station. Beach amenities were great (umbrellas, sand toys, beach cart, floats, etc.). We plan to return!

Great location and easy check in process.

Great location. close to beach and within walking distance to a few restaurants and CVS. The carpet really needs to be removed. It is very old and dirty. We didn't have pillowcases for several of our pillows and no extra sheets or blankets. It took two days to receive pillowcases. A beach rental really should have beach towels available. Overall, a great place. A few additions that wouldn't be costly would make it perfect. Need beach towels and a couple of extra chairs for balcony.

Almost on the beach

We loved the pool. A few too many stairs in the unit. Missed not having a direct view and sounds of the gulf. There were no beach towels, beach chairs, or beach toys. Also no hair conditioner or laundry detergent. The kitchen had everything needed for eating but it would have been nice to have some basic seasoning. They had salt and pepper, but nothing else. The beach was very nice and the location within walking distance of several restaurants, ice cream shops, and even a CVS. The unit was quiet to sleep but we missed the sound of the surf. If there had been beach towels, maybe a couple beach chairs, and some of the other convenients that i mentioned it would have received 5 stars. Over all - very good.beach toys. The was noor

Hurricane

Mandatory evacuation cut our two week stay down to just over a week. Phoned spoke Resort Rentals and requested they take into consideration the evacuation and a partial refund, seniors on a fixed income. Received no refund or further acknowledgement of request to date. Very disappointed and will reconsider using VBRO or Resort Rental properties in the future.

Nice Spot on the Beach

Overall, we enjoyed our time here. The complex itself is quiet and secure, although there is alot of road noise from Gulf Blvd. We were able to see both sunrise and sunset from the balcony which was nice. Beach area is lovely and just steps away down a sandy path. Storage locker has some useful beach equipment but could use a cleaning out since many items are broken. The condo itself is nice but definitely could use some new carpeting and updated bedding for the twin bedroom and daybed. Balcony floor and area rug there were filthy. We had several issues while there and the Management Company was pleasant to deal with, prompt to reply and eager to fix the problems. We would return to Gulfside Villas, but would probably choose a different unit.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and beach were amazing but the condo itself needs work. The bathrooms and kitchen badly need updating and the carpeting replaced. The beds also need replaced. The floors and carpet were terribly dirty-it didn’t look like the stairs had ever been vacuumed-and there was old food left in the oven. Also, the tv remote was missing from the television in the living room so we couldn’t utilize the smart tv, though there were 2 remotes for the cable box. The AC wasn’t working upon our arrival and it was over 80 degrees inside. The rental company did answer my emergency call and got a repairman out to us that evening which was wonderful.

Life’s a beach

I absolutely love Indian rocks Beach. I have vacation and stayed at several places on the beach over the past 15 years. That said, I was immediately disappointed in the cleanliness of the unit that we stayed in. Also, more often than not there is a binder of information regarding Garbage, use of the television set, any special instructions. I do feel that that would be helpful to all guests not just myself. I had no way to know how to operate the television sets in the bedrooms. I had to call for a few different issues. I did request bedding immediately upon arrival as it seemed to me that one of the beds had been slept in and not changed. It did take a day and a half for me to get a set of bedding (of rather low-quality I might add). What was nice was having some beach chairs and supplies to use. I do understand that this was a moderately priced unit however, I don’t think that what I have mentioned would have cost the owners any extra money. We did have some issues also with the kitchen appliances which seem quite worn, and also in need of cleaning. I am sorry to be negative. However, I have my doubts as to whether this is the first time visitors have critiqued this unit in such a way.

Steps to the beach!

Reviewer Comments: Usually I do not leave lengthy reviews, but since this unit had zero reviews I wanted to give others information in case you were wondering things like I was. I typically rent in this condo complex but this is my 1st time using a rental company vs an owner and staying in this unit (#6). The company was easy to work with and does offer an after hours phone # which we did not need. The unit was a keypad entry so we did not need to pick up keys. The unit is well stocked with beach gear (chairs, toys, umbrellas, a beach cart, grill, etc. ) This all came in handy daily.The unit is steps to the pool and also to the beach. The unit was relatively clean but the carpet does need replacing. This was not a deal breaker for me though as it's the beach and I have kids who probably also tracked lots of sand in.Kitchen was relatively good in terms of pans and utensils, however, there were only 2 dishcloths and 2 dish towels for the week. I had to launder them each day as we cooked most meals in the condo. I would also suggest maybe some plastic cups as I have small children and I was worried they would break the glass. TP (2 rolls) were provided, as was a roll or 2 of papertowel. Bar soap is provided for bathrooms and there were some dishwasher tabs and 1 extra kitchen trash bag. I think the 1 very disappointing thing is that the unit does not supply ANY beach towels. I drove this time as opposed to flying and could have brought them as we own a pool and have tons, but the rental company could not tell me what was provided when I called. I had to purchase some for an extra expense and launder them every single day which was tedious. this was a big disappointment, I would expect a place at the beach to offer beach towels. All other places I have rented in this complex (from owners) supply beach towels. Overall our stay was good and I would rent this unit again, however, I have paid less in oth

Pleased the owner had beach items to use, as we do not require our owner to provide beach items or beach towels. I do apologize you had to buy the towels. We hope you relaxed and had beach time. Excellent and very relaxing

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very clean and with a wonderful location in front of the sea, its facilities are very clean, the pool is a delight and very clean. The kitchen and the townhouse are very equipped. Very happy and eager to return on another occasion.
