Welcome to ‘Sea Something Beautiful’! Unsurpassed ocean views from almost every room of this luxurious home. Spacious porches to enjoy breathtaking sunrises, or just sunbathing and relaxing. Located in the prestigious “Inlet Harbor” gated community, providing privacy and uncrowded beaches. Luxury furnishings set this home apart from all others. Exterior amenities include a private swimming pool, professionally turfed backyard, plenty of spacious parking for four vehicles, and an exterior shower. This exclusive gated community does not allow motorcycles or golf carts. Please note that this property is non-pet friendly.

Sea Star Realty offers the most luxurious linens in the area. Including resort-quality plush towels, hand towels, face cloths, bath mats, and high thread-count sheets of superior quality for each bed in your vacation home (including sofa beds). In each bath, you’ll find complimentary elegant soaps. Waiting for you in your kitchen are kitchen towels, along with some complimentary items, including dish soap, and a kitchen sponge. Best of all, the beds will be made prior to your arrival, and towels pre-hung in the bathrooms!

Wonderful Week with Room for Improvement

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Positives: non crowded beach, beautiful home, awesome pool area, ease of rental through realty company and beach equipment, responsive staff, comfortable living room furniture, VERY well appointed and supplied kitchenOpportunities for improvement: the front door doesn't latch, beds were uncomfortable, granite stairs are scary with small children, there are only 6 seats at the dining table, overall cleanliness-the bathrooms were revisited upon request, but there were still lots of crumbs and hair on the floor throughout the house and food in the cushions of furniture. Thank you for the stay!

Beware—False Advertising

Overall, we were disappointed and very frustrated with the rental company and depiction of the property. First the positives—The neighborhood was wonderful, the kitchen was very well-equipped (pellet ice maker!) and the linens were great. The views from the house were wonderful. But we rented the property primarily for the beach access because we were traveling with toddlers. The photos depict a nice wide beach just off the back yard and a nice AstroTurf back yard. We did not know until arrival that a hurricane washed out the beach a year+ ago and that a more recent tropical storm had washed it out more. The reality was that we never had true beach access (never for the kids to play) off the back of the house, which is clearly shown in the photos. Beyond that, we could only access the beach (in order to pass through a sea wall opening and get to a true beach on the other side) for an hour or two (max) per day. When we contacted the rental company to complain, we were told that they cannot control Mother Nature. I agree. But you CAN be honest with the photos of the property. Beyond that, when I asked the rental company how we were supposed to safely access the beach with our children, I was told there was public beach access several blocks away. Insulting for what we paid. Beyond that, there was no astroturf (they told us that an hour prior to arrival) and the pool had not been maintained. I respectfully asked for a partial refund and was denied. Beware of Seastar Realty.

Unbelievable location

Could not have asked for a better location. Walk out the back door and on the beach. The biggest sandbox in the world for our 4 grandkids (1-6 yrs). Entire beach to ourselves. 6 bedrooms each with their own bathroom was fabulous!
