We had a great time! Everything was just like the photos and very clean. The kitchen had lots of dishes that made it easy to cook a few meals, the coffee/tea bar was full stocked, and they even left some snacks! It was a great location to stay in the woods, but still be 10-15 minutes from town and Desoto. We would definitely stay again if we’re ever back in the area!

Glory Days is Glorious

This is our second time to stay here. It was as fabulous as before. The host is so sweet to leave us snacks and water. The cabin is extremely clean and cozy. Our dogs especially love it for the outdoor play they get to do off leash. They are all smiles the entire stay. Our stay at Glory Days never disappoints. Plan to be there next year but longer.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Glory Days cabin. The owners were great and communicated very well with us. The cabin is very cozy and comfortable. The area is great and the neighbors are very friendly. We highly recommended staying here if your visiting mentone

Our stay

The cabin was very comfortable and had plenty of room for 8 people. The area was amazingly quiet and peaceful. You could hear all of the night creatures doing their thing while sitting around the campfire. We look forward to staying here again.

Comfortable Cozy Cabin

This past Labor Day weekend a group of friends and I went to stay at the cabin to meet up after working together for the summer! It was a great mini-getaway with all the essentials taken care of. We were thankful to have all had plenty of space, linens, games, and snacks supplied! Thank you to Eva and Don!

Glory Days Doggy Vacation

We had a great time. The cabin was so cozy and had everything we needed. We needed a cabin with a gas grill. The owners went and bought one before we arrived. That is the epitome of kindness. They also stocked the cabin with snacks, water, and even a bottle of wine. Our dogs had the best time. They had so many trails to explore. I would recommend this cabin to anyone who wants a restful, relaxing time in the woods. Thanks again to the owners for their hospitality! ❤️🐶

Lovely February Stay

We had a wonderful time at this cozy little cabin. It was beautifully decorated and in the middle of nature with other homes just far enough away to be very private. I was so appreciative of the little special touches that made us feel very welcomed, such as, the hand written welcome card. It included a wooden engraved Mentone Christmas ornament which was beautiful and will always be a reminder of this trip which was a late Christmas with our son and his wife. I was especially grateful for the shampoo Eva had on hand since I had left mine and not many shopping options nearby. We brought our groceries and cooked Prime Rib one night. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to make a 3 course meal. I was in need of a hand mixer that I didn't find, but I used the old fashioned method...she did have a hand-held potato masher. The town of Mentone is a quaint little town with some cute unique shops. We enjoyed the Wildflower Café, Mentone Market, and the Desoto Falls! It was a pleasure to be your guests and visit your lovely town!

Just what I needed!

This cottage was just what I was looking for! It was so comfortable and quiet, with nice views of nature outside the windows. There was also easy to access hiking trails for us and our dogs. The cookware was well-stocked, and we were easily able to make our own meals. (Though we did go to Wildflower Cafe one day and it was excellent!) Eva was such a kind host. We would definitely book again.

Peaceful stay in a busy world.

My husband and I had the most relaxing time staying in Glory Days Cabin. Eva, the host made us feel welcome and special with all the snacks, coffee treats, and extra touches throughout the cabin. Getting peace and unplugging from the outside world for a bit can make all the difference. This, was just what we needed. Thank you, Eva and Glory Days Cabin!

Perfect place for making memories!

We took some time to step away to relax. This property was wonderful, and it fit the needs of our group. We were able to go hiking during the day and watch movies in the evening. The cabin was cozy and was well stocked with everything we could need! We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Paradise in the Mountains

The best cabin rental ever. The owners go above and beyond to insure you stay is perfect. They are the definition of hospitality. There cabin roomy, very comfortable. I would recommend to anyone to stay here. I know we will be back.

Great little spot with everything you need.

A quiet peaceful gem

Nestled in woods amongst the deer and nature. Far enough from others to not be seen. Qiuet peaceful, private neighborhood. The owners take pride in there place and welcome you into there home as if you were family.

The House is beautiful it has everything anyone would need ....Its so close to Mentone Quiet peacefull and really perfect.... Sleeps 8 and everyone was really comfortable ... would recommened 10 out of 10 the screened in side porch was really really nice hangout at night 😀😀😀

Glory days for sure

This property was perfect for our group of friends. Two bathrooms 3 bedrooms. Wonderful decor made us feel welcome and at home. I am definitely staying here again soon. It was wonderful.
