The space is a private cabin nestled in the woods designed for couples to get away. It has a modern, designer-inspired style rather than the rustic wood look that is prevalent in Mentone. It has an amazing outdoor space with incredible porches on the front with rockers and a porch swing. It has an outdoor fireplace, hot tub, charcoal grill, and a bistro set to enjoy your private views on the covered porch off the bedroom.

You can enter the cottage from an accessibility ramp on the front or off 3 steps to the back porch and enter through the bedroom.

PLEASE NOTE: In the fall, acorns are falling. This is generally not a problem. Please make sure you are not parked under falling acorns as we cannot control that or be responsible if nature happens.

The Perfect place to Relax

We simply needed to get away and relax. This property was very beautiful and quiet with all the amenities close by. The fireplaces and hot tub really completed the atmosphere. I'd highly recommend this property to anyone looking to enjoy quiet get away!

Great Cabin!

The cabin was perfect for our weekend away. It is beautifully finished and close to town. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and the dual sided fireplace. Comes with everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay inside or outside. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

My husband and I stayed for our anniversary weekend. This was the perfect cabin for us. It was close to the state park where we hiked to see beautiful waterfalls. We will definitely be back.

Four Night Stay

Amazing place to stay as a couple. We were there to hike and see waterfalls. We didn’t even have to leave the mountain on two of the three hiking days. The hot tub was also a game changer after those long hikes. Really recommend this place. It was excellent views and we even saw a heard of deer.

it was perfect!

Cozy home with everthing you would need. There is a magnifying mirror under the sink in the bathroom so women bring your tweezers!!! and the king bed is so cozy!

The best!

We have 12 wonderful grandchildren we have been spending time with the last 3 weeks and we needed a place to rest for a few days!!! This place was clean, quiet and perfect! Everything was brand new and we slept and ate there! We went hiking one day and ate out a few nights but mostly read and napped! The hot tub was perfect for relaxing as well. Birds and nature views were great! We will be back soon I hope!!

It was everything I had hoped for. Beautiful home, very clean, amazing hot tub, very secluded and private. Close to the nature trails. Property manager was incredible and kind. Proposed to my future wife here and was the perfect place to make those memories. Would highly recommend!!

We love staying in this area and really enjoyed staying at this cabin. Very clean! Bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed using the grill, outdoor fireplace, and hot tub during our stay. It did take the property manager a long time to respond back to an urgent question. Otherwise a wonderful stay.

Great Stay at Snuggle Inn

Wow, this cozy cabin was all that it was described as and more! We needed a getaway to decompress for a few days and The Snuggle Inn was the perfect place. The decor was lovely and very comfortable. We loved the fireplace both inside and out. The hot tub was the perfect end to the day each night. The mattress was beyond dreamy, we slept like babies! Definitely 10/10. The hosts were very responsive and delightful to deal with. Will definitely be on our return to list.

Nice cabin with no neighbors

Nice cabin. Easy to locate. Only complaint was the light bulbs in the overhead lights were terrible. Felt like I was in an operating room not a romantic getaway. Change the bulbs and add a dimmer switch and it would be perfect. Thank you.

A very reasonable price for all of the amenities and the peaceful location! This cabin is outstanding for a couple wanting to relax in a romantic setting. The covered porch is ideal for watching nature on the porch swing or from the privacy of the hot tub out back (also covered). The bed, bathroom,shower, kitchen island, bathroom sink, etc. offer an abundance of space. However, keep in mind that it is only one bedroom and bathroom, and the toilet is out in the open in the bathroom, so this is much more suitable for a couple—-hence the name “Snuggle Inn.” Our pet also loved the covered porch and large living room. This place is perfect for a couple wanting to relax and see nature. DeSoto State Park is very close, and even the nearby roads offer a canopy of trees for those wanting to walk, run, or bike.

Thank you for a wonderful review. You nailed our objective. Our objective is to give a memorable stay at a fair and reasonable price. You also nailed it that Snuggle Inn is definitely for couples. It was designed to be a romantic retreat and getaway that resembles a 4 to 5 star hotel room. It’s very different from most Mentone cabins that are very masculine. This was definitely designed for couples to get away and have a wonderful romantic weekend. We appreciate you staying with us and hope you’ll stay with us again in the future.
