Not bad, wouldn’t book again tho

There’s literally a code for every damn door in the house it’s insane. Then the laundry door got jammed while my clothes were in the dryer came and fixed it like 4 hours later. Then the Host lied most likely for an insurance claim because I purchased insurance with my stay, So yea wouldn’t book again.

Overalll, not too bad.

Great floor plan, loved the layout of the home. Very adequate for our family. A little disappointed in cleanliness, towels and linen a little worn. Location suitable, and easily accessible to shops, etc. Overall comfortable. Definitely enjoyed the stay.

A quick girl's & guy's trip

The property is in a very quiet neighborhood, which we liked. We liked how everything was straightforward for us. The only suggestion we had is to have a guest netflix account set up even if you have to add a small fee onto the total price. Otherwise, everything was great, we would definitely recommend it to others and visit again in the near future.

Ft Lauderdale aquarium home 🏠

We enjoyed our stay. At first we had a little trouble with the house amenities, but this was due to us not reading instructions correctly. Lol. The home is very nice inside and actually better than the photos. The main thing is everything was functional, the beds were comfortable, and bathrooms were practically new. Great TVs were throughout the home as you almost felt like you were at a theater in the great room. Communication with the manager was great. He was always responsive to any questions we had. Thanks for having us. Would recommend this home to others in the Ft Lauderdale area.

A little quirky but fine

Property was fine, I don’t have any complaints really, but the place and the process is a bit quirky. I was a bit worried about getting my code to get into the property as we didn’t get it until the min we were allowed to check in, that was new for me. Every room had a lock on the door, was fine but lots of codes to remember and felt “odd”. Place was clean and looked nice, I think the comforter on the bed was a bit dingy but really pretty minor. Only had one pillow on the two queen beds and needed a second on one of them. In fairness I never asked the host because it was late, but felt like it should’ve been there to start with. Communication with the host was good. I expressed concerns about getting the code and they always responded promptly. They left a welcome message for us before our arrival and that was nice. The mailbox could probably use some larger reflective numbers to find the house in the dark. GPS took us right there but still missed it the first pass and almost the second pass. The beds slept well and that was the most important thing for us. We were there for a couple hockey games and were not home a bunch.

Property manager FRANSON is a nuisance

On Sept 25 I made reservation. Oct12 I reached out to property manager to see if it was ok to take a look in house he agreed he set it up for Oct 16. I got off from work early to be there. I text him on my way driving there he said wasn't able to make it. Question why didn't he call me earlier to let me no that. Then we set it up for Oct 22 at 1:00. I got their about 20 min early set in driveway this house has (2)driveways so I was not looking at other driveway to notice he was already their. When I called him to tell him I will see you at 1:00 he stated he was in class but he will see me. First of all he was already in driveway ."!!!!When me and him went to door he explained their was a guest in house so only part I saw was foyer, living room kitchen and den. Never saw rooms. I explained to him their will be numerous guest at least 30. I will need more parking. He asked me could he asist with parking. I told him ok thinking it was something he was going to do free. He called me Oct23 telling me it was more money. I said for what, he stated to park. I said in other peoples yard. I am not paying that. Then he sends me a text which I saved in my phone stating owner of the house does not want me or guest speaking to any neighbors regarding parking at that he will take and buy gift cards etc for the neighbors. First of all why would i give him money to give neighbors to park in their yard. Strange!!!! I asked a few neighbors they had NO PROBLEM with us parking in their yard. Didnt charge NOT ONE DIME!!!!! They day of my event their as dirty mens underwear in room. Just NASTY!!!! ,Therefore house was not cleaned properly for next guest. Franson called my phone at least (4)times same night of my event. Because i dont have his number programmed in my phone I answered thinking it was some of guest perhaps lost. This boy is a NUISANCE AT ITS WORST I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND NO ONE TO COME THERE.. We made sure place was clean before we left. He sends me a picture of hamper in bathroom as if we dented it. We left EVERYTHING THE WAY IT WAS. I saved all of his text. I do not RECOMMEND NO ONE TO STAY THERE. This property manager is the worst person I have ever dealt with. I am STILL TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHY HE KEPT CALLING MY PHONE THE DAY OF MY EVENT. I will be contacting my attorney if he charges us for a hamper in bathroom we did not touch " Property manager is the worst

Easy place to stay in town

Stayed here for a few days of diving. Place was nice and clean, well equipped kitchen (better than any other VRBO I've used). Beds were comfortable. It was a decent location for being able to get up toward Blue Heron or down to the Erojacks at Dania. The ride to Lauderdale by the sea was about 15-25 minutes, the traffic and lights were not friendly, but once down there parking was easy and a couple dive shop were right on the road. Will see if this place is available if we make another trip down

The estate is a hidden gem! Much larger than advertised and felt right at home.

Me and my guest appreciated the rental of this property and all of its ammonites that came with it on out visit! We really appreciated the excellent services provided by Shon, the property manager, who was great throughout our whole visit! Will definitely to book this spot next go around!!
