Door codes, property location, check in instructions etc were very clear and concise. Rental was around Christmas and owners had house decorated very nicely for the holiday which added a nice touch. House was extremely clean.

After checking into the house, there were a couple things the cleaning crew had missed (spillage/staining on the couch and the towel holder in the bathroom was broken). Besides that, our stay here was great!

This property felt very sketchy and nothing like the description. We arrived, assessed the situation, and left immediately because we did not feel safe. My daughters (ages 17–19) were also uncomfortable.Despite not staying at all, the host refused a refund. I wish I had known this beforehand. I would strongly caution other travelers, particularly families, before booking.

Clean and host was welcoming. Bathroom and kitchen seemed to have been remodeled and modern. We were staying for 14 days. There needs to be a dedicated eating table and chairs. The bar and stools were not very accommodating. They brought us a card table and folding chairs once I asked for something to eat on and play games on.There is no overhang at the counter you are to eat at so our knees were getting sore trying to eat there. There needs to be some sort of place for your non hanging clothes, a standing shelf unit could be put in the closets wasted space. The neighbors on one side played loud music all night. Overall it could be ok for a much shorter stay.

Really clean house with modern finishes. The location was good for what we were down in the area for. Check in and check out process was easy with good communication from the host. We did not notice in the listing there wasn't a dishwasher so that was a little bit of a surprise but not a big deal. We also had to purchase garbage bags as there was only one kitchen garbage bag for 5 adults staying 5 nights. All in all, a nice house at a good price. We would definitely consider booking here again.

Crystal was an amazing host, She was most certainly the sweetest ever, The entire home was beautifully put together nicely, I felt as if it was a home away from home, The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The kids enjoyed and slept comfortable as well. Most definitely will be back again and will mist certainly recommend. 5 Star review 10/10

The house was clean and comfortable. charming and lovely. Stocked well with all essentials. Comfortable beds. Host was accommodating, came to turn the thermostat up after I mentioned it was too cold. I booked for a week and I needed to do 2 separate bookings to use 2 separate cards. Host refunded me the booking fee for the 2nd booking. Did not accommodate early check in. I was here while I was getting renovations on my house; so it served its purpose. If I was on vacation I may have felt different. The neighborhood is not suitable for a ‘vacation’ house. When you go on vacation, you expect to be just as comfortable, if not more comfortable/relaxed than home. Loud music playing next door/loud talking. Not located in a central spot for vacationing.It could also use some updates:Trash can had no lid; towel rack in bathroom fell off; a/c unit very loud; no door on shower; outlet in bathroom did not work. 70 is too cold for March temps, may want to consider allowing guests to adjust thermostat to their liking.
