3 Bedroom, 2 1/2 bathrooms (1400 sq ft.). Accommodates 6 people comfortably. 1 king bed, and 2 queen beds. Fireplace, French doors that open to the patio, kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Washer and drying. 1 covered parking and 1 assigned uncovered parking. This remodeled spacious property includes an open main floor area with 2 bar stools and a table that accommodates 6 people. Nice counter space, double door refrigerator, and an updated kitchen. The kitchen is stocked with all of the pots, pans, utensils you will need during your stay.

The master bedroom is large with it's own private bathroom and a balcony. The guest bedrooms include one queen bed and two twin beds. They share one bathroom. Lots of closet space in each bedroom.

One of the community pools is just outside the unit for your enjoyment. There are so many wonderful things to do in the area to include: UTC mall for shopping, Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Torrey Pines Golf Course, Torrey Pines State Natural Reserve, Scripps Aquarium, Legoland, The Gaslamp, SD Padres Stadium, MCAS Miramar, and beach rentals.

This condo is about a 10 minute drive to Pacific Beach, South Mission Beach, La Jolla Shores, La Jolla Cove, and a nice drive to Coronado Beach.
NOTE: This a NON-SMOKING home. This includes the outside areas too. This townhouse has a unit next to it, so respecting the neighbors is a must. The rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, and/or parties. Eviction will be implemented if the rules are not followed.
Cleaning fee is $200 for the month. If additional months are added, each month is an additional $200.
