House was perfect for a mixed age group, 1 toddler, 2 mid 30's, 2 Seniors. Kitchen was well equipped, Bonus to find extra things on hand for small child, high chair, toys, bath stuff.

Amazing stay

We stayed a little over two months and loved the house. It was very comfortable and super well located. The owners were super welcoming and very helpful throughout our long stay. A perfect experience.

Great home, good yard.

House was fantastic. Owners were responsive and helpful up front and the house was as advertised. Came for Family Weekend at USD. Great location for us to get to many places downtown as well. Would definitely look to stay here again.

Awesome location & quiet neighborhood

We came into San Diego to visit some colleges and had plans to visit the beach and spend a day at Disneyland. The house location was perfect with easy access to everything. The neighborhood was extremely quiet. The beds were super comfy and the house was stocked with everything we needed.Great communication with the owners as well.We would stay again, for sure!

Great vacation property

Our group was 3 friends over 50 and we stayed 8 nights. We had a wonderful time in San Diego. The property was very close to many local attractions. The rooms were as described and the beds, a king and two queens, were comfortable. The property owner was very responsive. We enjoyed hiking at Torrey Pines State Park, and visited Little Italy and Balboa Park. We sailed on San Diego Bay and did a whale watch. Too much to see in one trip.

Great house near USD campus

Perfect location for visiting my son at USD. Kim was very responsive and all the instructions were very clear. The patio out back is large and a welcome oasis to enjoy SD weather.

Escaping the snow

Beautiful home. Very clean and comfortable. Beautiful backyard to wake up to each morning for coffee and yoga. The hosts gifted us a bag of their favorite coffee. It was well appreciated.

graduation from USD

Kim and Brad were great!! they answered may questions. responded and resolved quickly to a couple minor issues. we needed a coffee pot and wine glasses. the house is beautiful and the backyard is a great place to spend time with family. if you have a student at USD this place a very convenient. this house is very beautiful and well maintained. would would stay here again

Excellent

House was clean and well maintained. Nice cozy place to relax after long days of touring around the city. Patio perfect for coffee in the morning and a fire in the evening. Kitchen well stocked with pots pans and utensils. Fridge is cold and spacious. Hosts are very responsive and close by and willing to resolve any problems or issues that might arise. House is very conveniently located in the city. Would absolutely stay here again.

Clean and fresh property

No complaints at all! The house looks just like the pics - very clean and seems fresh and newly redone. Everything worked perfectly and it also had a very nicely landscaped backyard space. The fire table is always a great addition. We all loved our stay here. Plus, it is a good location to so many things. Also, we have a Yukon XL and even a vehicle that long fit in the garage. The driveway is very short so parking in the garage was a must. Quiet cul-de-sac street and easy to find. There is no A/C but they do provide fans in each room, with a ceiling fan in the master bedroom. That helped a lot. All of the remotes worked perfectly and there was plenty of propane for the whole weekend for the fire table. Very clean house. Could provide a few more bath towels but otherwise, very very nice! Highly recommend!
