The Space:

Welcome to our spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in the heart of Pacific Beach! This 1176 sqft ground floor house is centrally located, offering easy access to the bay (just half a mile away) and the beautiful ocean only a mile stroll from your doorstep.



Our location is a dream for foodies and convenience seekers, as you'll find yourself steps away from multiple grocery stores, including Trader Joe's, an array of fantastic restaurants, lively bars, and boutique shopping experiences.



Inside, you'll discover a well-appointed space that caters to all your needs. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-sized bed, while the second bedroom features a cozy queen-sized bed and a portable A/C unit which will help keep the property cool during the summer.. The kids' room is designed for fun and comfort with a twin over full bunk bed. All rooms come equipped with ceiling fans to keep you comfortable throughout your stay, and ample closet space ensures your belongings are neatly organized.



For added convenience, there's a private laundry room complete with a washer and dryer. And if you plan on hitting the beach, our attached one-car garage offers limited beach equipment to make your beach days even more enjoyable.



During those cooler evenings, you'll appreciate the central heating, ensuring a cozy atmosphere for your group. The master bathroom has been recently remodeled and boasts a beautifully tiled shower, adding a touch of luxury to your stay.

Guest Access:

Strict quiet hours are enforced from 10 PM - 8 AM. No loud music is permitted outside, nor loud enough inside to disturb the neighbors, as their homes are very close by. We do not permit unauthorized parties.



The Neighborhood:

All neighbors homes are very close. Please adhere to our house rules and the San Diego Good Neighbor Policy. Any fines issued for disturbances will be passed to the guests.



Getting Around:

Getting around is a breeze! You're just a short walk away from the beach, bay, and tons of great bars and restaurants. Plus, we're only a quick five-minute drive to Mission Beach and SeaWorld. Need to head downtown, check out Little Italy, or catch a flight? You're looking at about a 15-minute drive. Free parking is available both on the premises and on the street, making it super easy to explore everything San Diego has to offer.
