Perfect for family vacations and getaways with friends. Located in the upscale Pointe West community, this 5BR/4.5BA 2022 custom new build beach house boasts:
- Resort-style amenities- Swim at the pool or relax in the hot tub. Enjoy access to the fitness center and game room, as well as an on-site rooftop bar and restaurant.
- 4 large outdoor patios with stunning beach and bay views
- Walk 5 minutes to the beach boardwalk
- Enjoy fishing on the bay or at one of the several fishing piers and ponds in the community.

THE SPACE
Inside, find beautiful rooms furnished with new, high-end appliances and chic furniture
- Bar with an icemaker
- Kitchen with a double oven
- 2 master suites
- 10-person table- lots of room for dining or family games
- Separate game room for kids, complete with a smart TV
- Ample outdoor furniture to enjoy dining or lounging on one of the 4 patios and so you can enjoy the views of both the wide, quiet beach (never too crowded, and no vehicles are permitted on it) and the gorgeous bay
- Fast wi-fi, cable TV, a washer/dryer, parking for up to 6 vehicles
- Beach chairs and wagon provided to take to the beach
-While the convenience of the Elevator is an attractive attribute of our home, we cannot guarantee it will be operatable at all times. At times maintenance is required and parts and labor can have long lead times and we cannot issue refunds if your stay coincides with any downtime.

A $25 fee is required per guest (age 4+) to access the Pointe West Beach Club amenities:

THE LOCATION
Travel 13 miles to Galveston Island State Park hiking and birding. While there, check out the Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier for retro rides, carnival games, and waterfront dining. You can also visit Moody Gardens (aquarium, golf course, and amusement park), Schlitterbahn Waterpark, or take a day trip to Space Center Houston.

This house is beautiful and a fantastic layout for multiple families! The owners are wonderful to work with and quick to respond to any questions or requests. They have little extras all over the house that were just so nice and welcoming like full size shampoo/conditioner/body wash bottles in the bathrooms and much more. The kitchen and eating area are VERY spacious which was perfect for all 10 of us to cook & eat comfortably together. It’s close to the beach and quick drive (or nice walk) to the Beach Club. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this house. Thank you for a great vacation!!

Amazing home! We had 12 adults and 2 kids that came to Galveston to celebrate my dad’s 70th birthday. The size was perfect, beautifully decorated, it was so clean and incredibly well stocked. We had everything we needed and then some. The beach was so tranquil and clean. The elevator was perfect for my dad who is in a wheelchair. And if there was an issue (we had very minor ones), the host was very responsive. We will definitely be back

Our family of 12 were very comfortable, plenary of room to all play games, to have your own bedroom and bathroom. And the elevator was perfect for Grammy who has trouble climbing stairs and bringing luggage in. I highly recommend this lovely property and hope to go back next year!

Wonderful Family Beach Trip

We had a lovey time at this beautiful house! We take a family trip each summer and have 3 children in our group. This house was great for our family and had a room for each couple, a bunk room for the kids, a baby gate, and a bed for the toddler in our group. It is close to the beach and we enjoyed having beach chairs to use. We also made many meals in the kitchen and were able to find everything we needed. You can't go wrong staying at this lovely beach house!

Perfect Stay!

This beach house is a stunning, well appointed, extremely comfortable Galveston retreat. The kitchen was stocked with all the items you need for big dinners, the beds were cozy, and there were numerous balconies with comfortable furniture to relax on. The views are amazing and the quick walk to the pool and/or beach made it the perfect location. We found so many shells on the beach, too! The property manager was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to messages were sent. We will definitely rent this house again!!

Amazing vacation

We had the best stay at Pointe West. The house was even more beautiful in person. You had a good view of the ocean. They had great amenities, plenty of towels, a nice grill, the kitchen was excellently stocked and the outdoor patio furniture was very nice. The house was very family friendly for young children. They had baby gates, bumper, rails, a pack n plays and a bouncer. We easily slept our three families. We would definitely stay at this house again. It was an easy a 5 minute walk to the beach which was never crowded.

Love this place!

We are a very picky group and we loved everything about this house. It was beautiful, comfortable and clean inside and out. Indoors, the family areas provided plenty of comfy seating and on the front and back decks on all levels there was an abundance of outdoor seating and dining for sunrises, sunsets, naps, and coffee time. The bedrooms & baths were beautiful and comfortable. A big bonus was finding plenty of spices, oils, and cooking extras provided for in the kitchen. Downstairs we cooked on the grill and enjoyed the swings. There are tons of beach toys, a wagon and chairs. Golf cart rental recommendation was spot on and easy. These proud owners provided all the extras to make this stay so nice - throws, games, books, extra linens, extra pillows, well stocked kitchen and baths. We will be returning!

We took our entire team down, and had the best time. Everything we need was there. House was immaculate! Plenty of room all the amenities of home. And extremely clean. Will definitely be back to this one!!!!

August 2024 Family Beach Trip

Our stay at John and Valerie's beach house was wonderful! We had 11 adults and one 3 year old, and we stayed for 3 nights, as a family get away. Most of our group was from the Houston area, but we had some fly in from Colorado, Maryland, and Arizona. The house looks even better in person than in the pictures. Everything was exactly as described, and the house was very well stocked with everything we needed (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, dishwasher pods, kitchen ware, pantry items, etc). We used the beach chairs and wagons, the grill, the patios, and cooked about 7 meals in the very nice kitchen! The AC worked very well. And our 3 year old was enamored by the toy box full of beach toys. All of the rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately, because we only had one child in our group, adults had to sleep in the bunk room, and we ended up purchasing a plug in rotating floor fan to give the bunk room more airflow with the door closed. But it would be a perfect room for 2, or 3, or 4 kids to share. The bathrooms were all very nice, and we loved the walk in showers. We didn't use the baby items, but there was a high chair, baby bath tub, bibs, baby bowls/utensils, bouncer, toys, etc. The walk from the house to the beach was less than 10 minutes and was really not bad, except for the mosquitos at dawn/dusk. But that's the norm in Galveston, just bring bug spray and apply it on the driveway before walking to the beach. We hope to stay here again soon!!

Our stay was wonderful, the house is thoughtfully decorated and well stocked with everything we needed. Three families with young children stayed comfortably. The owners were extremely responsive and responded to issues immediately. Highly recommended!

As perfect as we remembered!

Second trip back to this house with extended family (6 adults, 5 kids). The house is perfect and very clean! The multiple master bedrooms is great for groups/multiple families. The owners are extremely nice, very responsive and accommodating. We love Point West and will continue to book this perfect home each time we return!

Great Family Getaway

We loved our stay at this beautiful home! Furnished nicely - loved that it had 2 masters. Plenty of space for everyone. Enjoyed all the different decks/porches to hang out on with water views. Kitchen was well stocked, and also appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and wagon. Had everything that we needed. Owner was very responsive. Would definitely come back.
