This new construction is attractively decorated and has stunning views of the
Gulf and Bay from every window and deck. This five-bedroom, five full baths,
2600ft beach home sanctuary sleeps 12 comfortable and is less than a 2
minute walk to the dune walkover and the beautiful, family friendly, groomed
daily beach that is closed to vehicular traffic.
Only about a 90-minute drive from Houston Bush Intercontinental Airport
(IAH) or a 60-minute drive from Houston Hobby Airport (HOU), Forever Young
is located on the west end of Galveston Island in the high-end Pointe West
Resort. The location combines the magic of a remote getaway with the
convenience of nearby Galveston restaurants shopping and attractions like
Moody Gardens, Pleasure Pier, Schlitterbahn, and The Strand. Perfect for family
vacations and getaways with friends!
THE SPACE
Inside the main floor find an open floor plan of living dining and kitchen
attractively furnished with new, high-end appliances and smart furniture
The kitchen has a large island for people to gather, it is well stocked with the
equipment you need to cook that fabulous meal. Top of the line cooking and
baking equipment, Keurig, food processor, ice cream maker, toaster, and
much more!
Forever young can accommodate those big family meals with dining room comfortably seating eight to ten, the kitchen island seats four and deck off
the main floor has outdoor dining area for additional 8.
The main floor also has a full bathroom, a bedroom with queen-size bed, and
library with a full sleeper sofa that rounds out the sleeping arrangements on
the main floor. The third floor has 3 bedrooms A bunk room with built-ins, 2 full
size and 2 twin beds, and an ensuite for the kids. Across from the bunk room is the fourth bedroom with ensuite and king bed. The fifth bedroom has its own private balcony with fantastic views of the ocean and bay, king-size bed, full-size tub and shower. The home is equipped with Wi-Fi. Every bedroom in the house has a TV, and access to the outside deck.
On the ground level there is parking for 4 vehicles. Enjoy the private outdoor
shower, picnic table, corn hole game, charcoal grill and beach gear including
wagon, umbrella, beach blanket, towels, chairs and sand toys. The house is
also, child friendly with 2 stairway baby gates for your use.
Full size washer and dryer are located on the upper floor. A limited supply of
paper goods, dish soap, laundry detergent, and beach towels are also
included.
Pointe West, Galveston has something for everyone. This 1,000-acre
community is located on the last three miles of the West End of the island,
immediately before the San Luis Pass toll bridge and has beaches that are
among the most inviting on the Texas coast. It is a special stretch of beach
groomed weekly and closed to vehicles, making it very family friendly. Bring
your beach towels, sunscreen and smiles for those wonderful days on the
beach! 
You have full access to our beautiful beach with your rental of this property. Enjoy fishing on the bay or at one of the several fishing piers and ponds in the community. If you wish to enjoy all of the amenities offered by Pointe West Resort Beach Club, the Beach Club charges a onetime $25 wristband fee per person per stay for ages 4 and up for use of the resort amenities. The wristbands are available at the office every day during business hours (9-5 off season, 9-6 peak season) 4161 Pointe West Drive.
The 8,000 square foot Gulf-front beach club has a large infinity edge pool with an
inviting bubbly hot tub, a children pool and play area, sundecks with lounge
chairs, and a fitness center, On the bay-side you have the Sunset Pool Club
with a pool, lazy river, and hot tub, plus lagoons for fishing, crabbing, kayaking,
and canoeing. The Beach club also rents bicycles and pool-side cabanas.
There is a seasonal restaurant at the Beach Club, You do not need
to pay for beach club access to use the restaurant. You can get access to the
restaurant through the beach club office or take advantage of the restaurant’s takeout service.
Only 10 minutes away from Pointe West, Jamaica Beach, offers gas, grocery,
some shops, and a couple restaurants. Pointe West allows guests to enjoy
peace and tranquility while still being just a short 20-minute drive away from
a variety of family-friendly shopping and dining and plenty of attractions to
choose from to make your getaway memorable.
Randalls, Kroger and Walmart stores are located by the Seawall where you first
come to the island around 61 st St. Many great restaurants and shops are
there to explore as well including the Galveston Seawall and Moody Gardens
which boast of the aquarium, rainforest pyramid, adventure pyramid for kids,
golf course, IMAX movies and Schlitterbahn water park

Travel a little further east into Galveston, and there are many other attractions
such as the Pleasure pier, Moody Mansion, Bishop’s Palace, the historic Opera
house and The Strand (shopping and restaurants), Galveston also offers a
wealth of some of the best fishing charters in the Gulf of Mexico for the sports
oriented
Certain minimums apply to summer peak season, holidays, and spring break.
Memorial Day to Labor Day has a 4 night stay minimum requirement.
Generally, throughout the school year, there is a 3-night minimum stay
requirement with the exception of holidays. Thanksgiving, Christmas, New
Year, and Spring Break require a 4-night stay.
