Experience endless sunsets from the 19th floor in Casa de Vista Azul, soaring above the pristine beaches of Playa Encanto Beach. Our home offers contemporary styling, beach views and all the comforts of home. 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath, Sleeps 8.

Casa de Vista Azul is an exceptionally luxurious place to enjoy a vacation getaway with custom artwork reflecting the varying colors of the ocean skyline. Enjoy the view on our wrap around patio using our exquisite Mexican artesian barware. Our 3 bedroom 3 bathroom condominium also comes with a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, beach towels, chairs, umbrella, beach cart and nearly every other amenity to make you feel at home.

We hope you'll find our sleeping arrangements comfortable, offering top of the line hybrid mattresses with two kings and a queen to comfortably sleep 6 adults. For additional sleeping for two people we offer with 2 twin (Fullsize XL) foldable beds with Memory foam mattress and sturdy metal frame on wheels for flexible sleeping arrangements. In the living room you will find a smart speaker with Alexa with Amazon Prime Music included and Direct TV on our smart TV's throughout.

New to the pristine beaches at Playa Encanto beach is Encantame Towers, just a short 15 minute drive, east of downtown Puerto Penasco. Encantame Towers offers uniquely beautiful interiors, full ocean front views to all units, and a wide range of amenities including multiple heated/chilled pools, a swim up bar and hot tubs that are perfect in any weather.

Blue Palm Cafe proudly offers Starbucks, light breakfast and casual lunch options. Santo Coyote is a full service Coastal Mexican Cuisine with tableside salsa & guac. The Velero Tower, restaurants, lobby, fitness room, 2 pools and 2 hot tubs are ready for you to experience Rocky Point in contemporary luxury.

When completed Encantame Towers will consist of 3 buildings, each reaching to 24 stories. This makes them the tallest buildings in Sonora State. Planned with completion will be 2 adult only pools on the 24floor of the Verano and Viento Towers, lazy rivers, water slides, open air lounge and game room.

Very nice place, well appointed 
. Beautiful views and nice facilities. Only drawback is that there is only one restaurant and a coffee shop in the property — any other is at least 15 to 20 mins away. The staff was supper friendly.

Great girls get away for a birthday celebration. The beach was wonderful, the resort excellent and the condo fantastic. We would definitely return to this place the views from that corner unit are spectacular.

Amazing view and wonderful amenities

The property here has a stunning view with wonderful amenities! A bit set apart from Sandy Beach which was beneficial for us. But easy driving distance to restaurants and activities! Water is swimmable, which is an added bonus!

Best Ocean Views

This rental is located about 20 minutes away from Sandy Beach, at first I was suspicious BUT this location is honestly the best place I have stayed at in Rocky Point. The view of the ocean was breath taking. The beach was quiet, calm peaceful. It felt as if my family and I had our own private island. It was awesome! The home was clean, stocked and easy to got too. 2 master suites with patios. The bathrooms were great. This VR was the best. Thank you - S

Beautiful condo with THE BEST ocean views!

We stayed over New Year’s Eve weekend, and it was me and my boyfriend, my best friend, and her boyfriend, and my mother, and this was the most beautiful condo, and we had the best time! We just wanted to relax and not deal with all the craziness of New Year’s Eve and this was such a beautiful retreat. I didn’t want to leave! Every room has the most gorgeous view of the ocean. It’s so easy to imagine that you’re actually on an ocean houseboat lol because all you see from all the windows is water as far as the eye can see, it’s amazing and beautiful. The condo was clean and looked exactly like the pictures and we were all stoked. As soon as we walked in the first thing, everybody said was “Oh my God look at that view!” We have family who live down here for the past two years so we’re down all the time but this was the first time we booked a rental, and it did not disappoint! It’s about a 20 minute drive down to the fish market, but the condo has on-site restaurants and their food was delicious. There’s also a Starbucks, which I believe is the only Starbucks in Rocky point, and that’s downstairs in the cafĂ© close to the reception desk. If I had to think of anything less than perfect, the only thing I can think of is the bathroom lighting is not very good for doing your make up. Lol but otherwise, this place is perfection and I want to live there every day. 😍â˜ș Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Great view and So Clean!

This was a nice relaxing stay in a beautiful unit with gorgeous views. The unit was so clean and provided anything you could need. The kitchen had every utensil, and the unit even provided beach chairs, towels and cooler. The construction took place during the day and didn't really bother us. Would definitely stay again.
