The perfect vacation awaits you at this 3BR/3BA cute cabin located just a short drive from the many attractions in the beautiful Smoky Mountains. After a long day of exploring, come to your home-away-from-home with a modern rustic relaxed vibe and enjoy the solar and gas-heated private pool, relax in the hot tub, catch a movie in the theater room, or hang out in the game room. 2.4 mile to strip; 6 mi to Dollywood, & just a short drive to Gatlinburg, the Great Smoky Mountains Nat'l Park, river rafting & a host of fun-filled attractions. NO CATS.


☆☆ BEDROOMS + BATHROOMS ☆☆
All three spacious bedrooms are equipped with comfy beds, Roku Smart TVs, and private ensuite bathrooms. The bathrooms feature large walk-in showers, plush towels, and basic toiletries.

The first bedroom has two full-sized beds, the second bedroom has a king, and the third bedroom has a queen. There is an additional sleeping area in the theater room in the form of a comfy sleeper sofa.

☆☆ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ☆☆
Although you're just a short drive from the area's top attractions and restaurants, the kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare an amazing dinner at home. You'll find stainless steel appliances, basic cookware, dishes, silverware, and a coffee station with a regular coffee pot and a single serving machine.

Head over to one of the two large dining areas to enjoy your meals as a group, or take your food outside and enjoy it alfresco at one of the outdoor dining tables.

Around the corner from the kitchen sits the living room. A large sectional and cozy chair invite you to curl up and relax in front of the electric fireplace with a good book, or catch up on your favorite shows with the massive flat screen Smart TV.

The game room is popular with guests both young and old. It is sure to get the competitive juices flowing, with a pool table and shuffleboard table. There is also a small high-top table for any drinks or snacks you may have with you.

☆☆ THEATER ROOM ☆☆
The theater room was made with family movie nights in mind. There's plenty of seating for the whole group, and you can queue up your choice of movie or binge-watch your favorite shows on the massive flat screen Smart TV.

☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆
Outdoor living is right at your fingertips with the large deck area connected to the cabin. Step outside and enjoy the fresh mountain air and great views of the forested mountains beyond. This area is decked out with a solar heated pool, a hot tub, sun loungers, a grill, a table-mounted fire pit, and tons of seating areas for eating, relaxing, or enjoying an evening cocktail under the string lights.

Note that the hot tub is emptied and cleaned after each guest, and the pool is cleaned after each guest.

You will have private access to the entire property, including the outdoor living areas. Access to the property is through an electric front door lock, and check-in details will be provided the day before arrival.

Free parking is available on a FLAT surface. There is room for up to 6 cars depending on vehicle size, and the driveway is long enough for trailers or campers.

The cabin is easily accessible through a paved neighborhood road that winds upwards, but there are no treacherous mountain roads or switchbacks. We would still recommend all-wheel drive in case of inclement weather such as snow (we do not offer weather-related refunds) and to allow for more comfortable driving throughout your Smoky Mountain vacation.

I am available through the platform during waking hours and usually respond as soon as I see the message. I have a cleaning and maintenance crew nearby and they are available for any issues or emergencies. I really appreciate guest communication.

Wear Farm City Park is across Wears Valley Rd with lighted baseball & football fields, walking trails & playgrounds for the little ones. The Pigeon Forge Community Center is 2 miles away and it an 86,000 square foot recreation complex with daily rates consisting of:
