A truly excellent stay. The house was exactly as pictured and extremely clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable (much more so than in most rental properties) and kitchen was well stocked. Great location for skiing at Sierra and exploring South Lake Tahoe and we were so glad we made the short hike to Fallen Leaf Lake!Host allowed for both early check in and late check out which made our 2 nights feel like a full 3 day trip - I can't thank you enough for your hospitality! Would absolutely stay again anytime I'm headed to South Lake with a group.

Wonderful birthday trip

Access to the property was easy and the house was beautiful. Michele and Rich were very responsive. We would definitely book again.

Overall Best Experience

This home was so cozy and beautiful. It is in a quiet neighborhood with a scenic drive and the most amazing views. The host was attentive and friendly. The home is not far at all from casinos, restaurants and Heavenly Mountain. The home had everything we needed for us to be comfortable and even had games for us to enjoy. I can not wait to book my next trip here. I highly recommend staying here. The host and home was lovely.

One of the best stays in Lake Tahoe

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I wanted to share our wonderful experience during our recent stay. We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days, and the property owner/manager was kind enough to accommodate an early check-in. The place was impeccably clean, and the layout of the house was incredibly well-thought-out. It was evident that the home had been recently remodeled, and it was exceptionally well-stocked with everything we needed—something that feels rare these days. Overall, we couldn’t have been happier with our stay!

Great house!

We stayed over Christmas and couldn't have been happier. Check in was super easy. The house has been updated very nicely (including heated floors and a heated bidet toilet in the master bath!). The upstairs was great for our son. He loved the game room and bunk beds! All the beds were comfy and had nice linens and bed spreads (which I find is rare in rentals!). The bathrooms and kitchen were all nicely appointed with everything we could have needed. We can't wait to stay again!

What a beautiful location amid the trees and clean Tahoe air, and close to Lake Tahoe! We experienced nothing but excellent customer service from our host, Michele! Our check-in was flawless with perfect instructions. The home is gorgeous, and it was spotless upon our arrival. It looked like it had been recently renovated throughout and also with the very latest technology, like a heated seat toilet/bidet with remote! The home features a great design with two separate living rooms, making it perfect for two couples or families to share and enjoy a private space. We highly recommend this home, and we'll definitely be back!

Diamond in the rough!

I have been coming up to Tahoe for the past 20 years and I can say this is one of the best homes I've stayed at. This isn't one of your cheesy mountain decor spots with enough rooms. You get a beautifully decorated lux feel while in the middle of nature. Oh, and you are surprisingly close to all the happenings in South Lake for both family and friends looking to have fun. Lastly, the host is extremely responsive and accommodating. She had a nice crib set up for our 11 month old daughter before we got there. We'll definitely be rebooking on our next trip!

Great spot in SLT!!

We had a fantastic time with our stay. We were up in Tahoe from Oakland with my brother’s family from out of state with their 1st trip to Tahoe with their young teenage kids. There was plenty of room for our crew of 8 includes our 2 young kids. The house had great access to Heavenly and Sierra. Our kids had a great time playing in the snow in the front yard and in the lot across the street for some beginner sledding.The only minor drawback is the memory foam mattresses on all of the beds other than the master. But if you’re a still sleeper and don’t have back issues, they aren’t a problem.The bidet, heated toilet seat and heated floor in the master was a particularly nice surprise.The hosts also did a great job of communicating. They checked in halfway through and even lined up a neighbor to clear the driveway after we got dumped on the night before our departure.
