This is a Bright Open Concept-1st floor, corner unit condo. This very clean, neat and attractively decorated unit is recently renovated; with more updates to come. A place where you will feel comfortable and will want to visit again and again!

Located on the golf course at Myrtlewood, this charming unit has a fabulous view of the course and the fenced swimming pool from the screened-in porch, living room and main bedroom.

The main living area is equipped with a SMART TV and ample seating. The spacious dining area is a fun gathering place for the whole family or a friendly card game. The screened porch is lighted with a ceiling fan to make your out -of-doors experience enjoyable & relaxing. The master bedroom adjoins a master bath with a large soaking tub/shower combination. The second bedroom has a shared bathroom attached. All 3 bedrooms have a television, plenty of closet space, and a quiet ceiling fan for your comfort.

A perfect place for your next golf outing or family vacation. Just one mile from the Beach (public access is abundant), minutes to Myrtle Beach International Airport (MYB), shopping, theaters, miniature golf, restaurants, Ripley Aquarium, water parks, go-karts, "Broadway at the Beach" and so much more!

Awesome stay great area!!!

The unit was very clean. Provided everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Nice view of the pool from patio. 5 minute drive to the beach. Owners have updated great room flooring with beautiful vinyl plank. We will definitely book here again. Thanks again, Daimean

Great Stay

Loved this place.Very welcoming and clean with a open space living concept with pool access right there. Flooring was changed from the picture, which was a very good idea (rained while there) Practically less than 5 minutes ( to me) from restaurants and other attractions. Loved the fact the owner communicated and noticed I was bringing a little one and made accommodations for him ( something that did not dawn on me) and that was a big plus in my book. We will definitely use again.

Book this place!

I have been to Myrtle Beach many times and stayed in many places, but this was by far our favorite condo I've stayed in. The Williams were great to work with! Their info sheet answered basically all of our questions, but they were very quick to answer any other texts or calls we made. The condo is very spacious with an open common area great to gather with family. The bedrooms are spaced out in a way that each room feels private and the in the bedrooms are LUXURIOUS! I want them in my own home. Everything was so clean and crisp! Plus there is a cool air purifier which makes even the air feel clean! The pool is just outside the back door which is very convenient when you're taking kids for a quick swim before or after the beach. Also, the pool has bathrooms! So convenient! My favorite place to visit at Myrtle Beach is Broadway at the beachm. This condo is just a mile or two away from there! It's also super close to public beach areas. I can't recommend this place enough. We will definitely be back! I'm already dreaming of our next trip!

Bug problem

There were a few bug problems (roaches). I have on video. The property was very nice. Appeared clean .. I know sometimes this can happen. But my kids didn’t want to sleep under the covers or open their suitcases.

Disappointing

The overall experience of renting through Vrbo was relatively smooth. The property was in a convenient location. And the size was great. However, The condition of the property was not as reported or expected. The carpets had stains everywhere. And they hadn’t even been vacuumed. The chair in the master bedroom was covered in stains and had a broken, propped up leg. The couches had crumbs and crackers that were not cleaned up. The kitchen had an ant problem. Even though it was listed as smoke free, it wreaked of smoke. The property is on the bottom level and I understand that the owners are not responsible for the above unit, but I have to mention the nonstop running and noise all day and late unto the night. I would never rent this property.

Great Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time at this property! The pool being so close was great for the kids! Super convenient location and so close to the beach. Would definitely stay again!
