Beautiful AreaWe traveled with my husband and small Shih Tzu, Brea and this home was perfect for us. The patio was wonderful and being able to sit out in the evenings and enjoy the creek was a bonus. A beautiful place to stay. We would highly recommend!

Great Stay

The home was a great fit for our family. The kids enjoyed table tennis and foosball, and enjoyed the creek. It was clean and definitely felt like home. We would definitely stay again.

Exceptional Location

We loved the location of this property! Close enough to get what you need and to take advantage of all the outdoor adventures you want to experience at Vallecito Lake, Bayfield and Durango, and right on the river bank! The house was beauffully decorated, and very well equipped and maintained. Perfect for all ages. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen and living areas were open and conducive to great conversation and meal prep. The game room was a great space for gathering, and would be perfect on a rainy day. The host was very responsive and left clear instructions and suggestions for making the most of your visit. The fact that it was pet-friendly made it a true family experience! We hope to come back in the near future!

Locked out upon arrival. Called contact and immediately sorted. No hot water is my only real complaint!! Not a fan of cold showers. Everything else was amazing! Vallecito Creek, game room, patio, great open kitchen, etc.

We arrived with my two children and partners. The cabin is located on a creek and we sat listening the stream with coffee and a drink in evening.Kitchen was perfect and everything was great. Read the binder for suggestions on keeping cool (Summer 26)it worked exactly like they said. We like hiking Vallecito trail and is only 10 minutes away. Bit of a drive to Durango, but we stay in this area every time we come to Durango. Beautiful! We knew they had bunk beds in one room/ we wished it were a double or queen but everything was great. Nicer than pics show!
