Everything was great. We cooked every meal at the cons and appreciated the spacious kitchen. The condo is a three minute commute to the pick up spot at Loon. Hot tubs, pool and game room were also fun. We had good weather and skiing conditions. Very enjoyable trip!

I was proactive about the check in process but the communication was terrible. We could not get into the unit and had to wait for someone to physically let us in. I got check in instructions when we checked out!

The condo was dirty and my wife had to wash all the bed sheets. Check in process was a flat out gong show and took 90 minutes. The slider screen was broken and the deck chair broken as well as the counter stool. The garbage disposal had pieces of plastic in it that I had to take out by hand. Many window screens didn't work. I would not rent this unit again.

Nice place but please read the fine print. There’s no air conditioner. We walked into the house and it was 80° with all the windows closed. Luckily it was not that hot during this week and I wish they would’ve made it easier to get into the house initially they gave me a code that was for the inside of the door, not the outside of the door, but it got squared away over a nice place just needed some things fixed.

Frustrating Experience – Renters Beware

Our stay started off with unclear directions and a complicated two-code entry system—one code being 10 digits. Arriving late at night in freezing weather made this especially difficult.The condo itself was fine and met our needs, although a bit tired. A couple of days before leaving, we paid extra for a 2 PM late check-out to better fit our travel schedule. But when we returned after lunch to grab our things, we found ourselves locked out. The access code had been deactivated, despite our payment.We spent nearly an hour outside in the cold, kids in the car, calling and texting Vacasa. One operator took us through pointless questions, only to say the site manager wasn’t available—it was his day off. When we called again, more frustrated, the next rep hung up on us.With no help and time running out, we had to force our way in just to retrieve our belongings. No one from Vacasa ever came or followed up in time to assist. Over an hour later, someone finally called—but by then we were already back on the road.To add insult to injury, Vacasa later blacklisted us for what they called a violation, completely ignoring that they failed to honor the check-out we paid for and left us without support. No apology. No responsibility. And a late fee on our rental car as a final consequence.We made every effort to go through the proper channels. Vacasa let us down at every turn. Renters and property owners should think twice before relying on them.

Once we were able to figure out the keypads and door locks- everything was great! It was like an escape room to figure out- just have to have a positive attitude! Fully equipped space. Vacasa support was also great!

Clean Great Location. A few adjustments perfect

Hard to find the unit. The directions provided were not accurate. The first door is actually black on the outside, not green. It is between the second and third floors not first and second. All living room furniture had loose screws. Need Allen wrench to tighten. Broken items in hall closet should be removed. Master bath could use more towel hooks and a towel ring. King pillows need king pillow cases. Kitchen well outfitted but only half the toaster works and there was no cookie sheet. Overall a nice place that was extremely clean and an awesome location for visiting Loon Mountain.

Overall, the property was very nice. Clean and well stocked! Some furniture is showing its age (tables and chairs!) A few comments that you might want to consider:Directions to get to the unit were lacking detail - very hard to find!TV did not work and no directions in the unit on how to operate it.

Great Green View

The location of Loon Village means you get a full Resort experience nestled in the forest with a peaceful view of Loon Mt ski area from your private south veranda. More attention to the condition of the unit would be good.

This unit was great for a family of 4. The unit was very clean and has a great view from the balcony. It was a little difficult to locate it and we had issues with the entry code and there was also no key in the lock box upon arrival however we were able to call customer service right away and they provided us with a back up code

Good location

The check in process was a disaster. We were not given the code to the exterior lock or the backup lockbox. I was able to contact the host, which is a third party agency. They were responsive but it took about an hour from the time we arrived until we could actually enter the property. The unit was clean but tired. The tables and chairs all had loose hardware. The beds were uncomfortable. The location was great and there’s a lot to do in the area. We enjoyed having access to the pools, hot tubs and other amenities. We spent a good amount of time at the pool. The property could be great but definitely needs some TLC.

The rental condo was very clean and neat. The only issues with the condo were the lack of air conditioning and the doors. The entry door to the porch was jammed and difficult to open. once we got in the condo that door remained open throughout our stay. The screens on the slider doors were also damaged.

Would not rent through Vacasa again

The unit itself was lovely. It was clean and spacious. The property is in a great location near Loon Mountain. Although we didn't use the pool or tennis courts, they looked nice. In the unit, we had issues with the a/c and many of the windows didn't open. Unfortunately I wasn't able to contact the owners directly which may have resolved some of the problems we had.

Nice Unit, Overall Property Just Okay

We enjoyed our stay at this unit. The condo interior was clean and had everything we needed, like fans, pool towels, and even some detergent. Bathrooms and kitchen are updated, but the furniture and rugs are pretty outdated. The location was good- only a few minutes drive to the downtown Lincoln area and close to the local attractions like Clark’s trading post and Loon stride. There were a few things that bothered us during our stay. The towels and linens were clean but a bit scratchy. The instructions to find the unit were useless, and after driving around for 20 minutes we were lucky to find someone at the main reception building who could give us proper instructions. The stairwells and grounds were dirty, unlit and outdated. The porches to the unit were unswept and dirty, and the furniture on them was also filthy and completely uninviting. There were no screens installed on the porch sliding doors, and we couldn’t open some of the windows because the screens had large gaps. Even though the unit doesn’t have air conditioning, we were comfortable enough at night with the windows open and fans going. It was quite muggy during the day in the unit, but we were out exploring the area most of the time. We used the indoor pools on a rainy day, which were clean, but outdated. One of the outdoor pools was closed for maintenance. Overall, we’d likely choose to stay elsewhere next time we visit the area.

Very spacious and nice private unit that felt like being home.

The location, and pool was very nice and the unit was very spacious and comfortable. We were there during pre-peak season, and building renovations in progress were were extremely noisy. It looks like the project should be completed in a week or so, and should then be fine.
