Welcome to Ghostriders 2, an AvantStay home!

Conveniently located in the heart of Telluride, this is a one-bedroom home at the Ghostriders complex, which is a short walk from the ski lifts, hiking trails, downtown, and Town Park.

This is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom home located on the ground floor of the Ghostriders complex. Upon entering the home, guests are welcomed into a large great room with a living room, dining room, and kitchen. The living room has a gas fireplace, flatscreen TV, and a queen sofa sleeper. A door leads to a paved patio along the San Miguel River - perfect for a cup of coffee or cocktail.

The living room is adjacent to the dining room, which has seating for four. The kitchen has upgraded stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a coffeemaker, kettle, microwave, and all of the utensils needed to complete any meal.

The bedroom is located off the kitchen and has a queen bed. A bathroom in the hallway has a shower/tub combination and a single vanity.

This complex has a prime location on the San Miguel River with easy access to the gondola, ski lifts, hiking, biking, shopping, dining, and more. Town Park is just a short walk to the east and the Bear Creek Falls trailhead is down the block. Walk to everything Telluride has to offer!

- Ghostriders offers a common outdoor hot tub for guests' use and a common laundry room.
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Telluride experiences "off-seasons" in the spring and fall. Many services are not available to travelers. Please check activities/restaurants/home amenities, etc. when booking these dates.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

Very short walk to the gondola (easy walk-even in ski boots) with good breakfast options along the way. Nice, comfortable space with tall ceilings. We enjoyed the hot tub and the outdoor grill.

Great Ski Trip

Ghostriders 2 is the perfect location. Right on the River trail, a short walk to Gondola for skiing and also to City Park where the dogs have a blast. The gas fireplace is a nice warm-up at the end of a cold day. Will definitely stay here again.

Amazing downtown location near all the shops/restaurants. We came in for a festival located in the town park and it’s a short walk to the venue - less than 10 minutes. Would highly recommend this rental.

Amazing Location

This location couldn’t have been better! Direct access to a walking path and the stream, within walking distance to the gondola, and super close to all the shops and restaurants. We were able to park our car and not move it til we left. Would love to stay here again!

5-Star Location!

The condo was cozy & comfortable. We selected this condo for our vacation because of the location. It is right on the creek with a beautiful creekside trail that we really enjoyed walking on every day. It is also located really close to all the shops and restaurants, just a couple of blocks away so that was really convenient. I would stay here again if I come back to Telluride.

Place was just as the pictures showed. Great location - close to town, but very peaceful by the river. Note to the owner - upgrade the pillow situation - especially the extra ones for the pull out couch bed. Otherwise a great spot and would stay again.

It was clean, efficient, had everything we needed and is close to the Gondola/Oak St. Lift. Used the jacuzzi every night. Skiing was bluebird sunny/great. It is our go to Telluride home away from home.

Prime Location

Hard to beat the location of this apartment. It's 2 blocks away from the main street, 3 blocks away from the free lift, by the best downtown trail, and extremely quiet. The apartment, however, is quite small for staying long hours inside and certainly needs more and better kitchen supplies such as silverware, pots and pans.

Mother-Daughter Getaway

We had a wonderful stay in Telluride! The location was perfect for getting to the trails and shops/restaurants. We took the Telluride Express shuttle from Montrose airport and never missed having a car. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed. The fireplace was great to warm up the living room quickly. We asked for extra blankets and the management assisted quickly. The bed was uncomfortable and could be upgraded. The couch was cozy though for sleeping. We definitely will stay here again next time we visit Telluride!

Terrible parking situation

When I finally found the building and the room, the lighting in the garage is awful and trying to get my Pathfinder in, I ended up scratching and denting the side panel (looks like Freddy Krueger attacked it). The builders made the parking pilons with staggered flagstone. There is a step about 4 or 5 feet from the doorway that I almost fell over as well. I was told by the managing agency that they would not pay for repairs, even though there was nothing on the site about the parking garage. It was convenient to get to the gondola and shops. The fireplace worked and the view out the backdoor was nice.
