The Summit at Lorian is the alpine hideaway close to skiing and hiking trails and the free gondola yet removed from the bustle just enough to ensure a relaxing holiday amid the San Juan Mountains of Southwest Colorado.

Entering this penthouse level condominium brings you into the spacious entry hall with a coat closet, bench and plenty of room for your coats and shoes. The primary living spaces and two bedrooms are found on this lower of two levels.

The design is open, taking advantage of the big views looking west toward the Sneffels Range and the San Miguel Canyon. The kitchen features stainless appliances, granite counters and all the tools and space you will need should you decide to stay in and cook. The bar is fronted by four bar stools that complement the adjoining six-seat dining table. The living room is warmed by a gas fireplace and furnished with inviting furniture set in two separate spaces. There is a flat screen on the wall and a balcony overlooking the Double Cabin ski trail. A convenient half-bath serves these primary living spaces.

Two bedrooms and a shared bath are also found on this main floor. Both enjoy good volume, roomy closets and flat screens. The east bedroom has a queen bed while the west has a split king, able to be setup as two twins. The bathroom sits between the two bedrooms and features double vanity sinks, a steam shower and tub.

Back to the entry hall and up a flight of stairs brings you to the master level loft, fully-furnished as a second living room with large flat screen and a queen sleeper sofa. Under vaulted ceilings, the west wall of the master suite is primarily glass, filled with sunset and mountain views. There is a king bed, a walk-in closet, a mounted flat screen and a ceiling fan. The master bath has a soaking tub and a large steam shower, double vanity sinks and abundant counter space.

Guests enjoy use of the clubhouse complete with pool table, poker table and ping pong and exercise facilities. The on-grade ski access to the Double Cabin ski run is just across San Joaquin Road. There is also an outdoor heated pool for guest use during the summer season and a common hot tub to enjoy year-round. The Lorian complex is across the main road from the Mountain Village Market and the free Gondola that will take you to the Village Core and the Town of Telluride.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

Amazing Ski in Ski out
We loved our stay at the Lorian, this was our first time staying in Mountain Village and it couldn’t have been better. Unit 8 was spotless, check in and out was super easy and starting your day skiing down to 10 is an incredible experience. We hope to be back again. Thank you

Wonderful stay at an amazing destination
Great condo in an excellent location; perfect for our party of six. Property in good condition. A couple of items we expected were not available. Other than a smooth check-in/arrival process, property management was relatively useless.

Lorian Lovely but parking was issue
The condo was great and as advertised however there were issues parking. The assigned space had a vehicle in it so we had to call upon arrival and they found us another space. But then the 3rd day we were there they were installing equipment in the facility and we were unable to leave in our vehicle the whole day because the exit to garage was blocked by a moving trailer. The last day someone was parked in our (alternative) space when we came back from skiing making packing and parking a problem again. So the unit is great but the Condo association needs to get a handle on the parking situation.

This is a great place! Very easy to get to the slopes with the ski in/out or to get to town
We had a great experience at this property. Check in/out was easy. Communication was excellent and couldn’t beat the location. Would highly recommend. All the amenities were very nice as well.
