Easy walk into the board walk shopping area ! Private parking and owner was readily available for any issues or concerns....gas station and lobster pound close enough i walked to pick us up dinner....5 lobster fresh cooked $45 and we're still steaming hot by time i walked back to the house

Location was fabulous especially if you want to explore by foot. Quiet neighborhood. Comfy beds. We love to cook at night, so the downfall for us was that the kitchen was sparsely stocked to do that. Also would have loved an information packet about the area! Loved Old Orchard Beach!!!

Perfect Little Beach Cottage

We had a wonderful visit to OOB to finish off our summer. The cottage is a quick walk to the beach and pier. It was very clean and comfortable for the four of us to relax and recharge in between swimming, playing mini-gold, and enjoying the amusement park.

March vacation

This property was a great place for an off-season vacation. The home was exactly as described, very clean and extremely comfortable. It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood within easy walking distance to the beach, stores and amenities. The property owner/manager was responsive when we ran into an issue and resolved it in a timely manner. I will absolutely keep this as an option for future vacations and weekends at Old Orchard Beach!

We had a very nice stay, cottage was clean and had plenty of room for our family of 7. Only a couple of small complaints, leaving more toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags would be good and the trash out back was stinky and didn’t get picked up at all while we were there. All in all it was a great stay and we will look to book again in the future!

Our first family trip in a VRBO

We were quite pleased with our stay in cottage 3! The property is a work in progress. Lots of little things that need attention however, a few were remedied while we were there making our stay safe and comfortable. The host was fabulous with communication and that was so appreciated! The neighborhood was safe and friendly.

Empty propane tank for shared grill was an inconvenience for planned meals but we got around it. We brought a dog but there was no fenced yard as advertised Down the street is a nice walking path that we used We made it fun to be there There are 3 bungalows on the lot

New Years Eve Trip

When we arrived the house was very cold but we reset the heat and the house was very comfortable after that. The refrigerator was a little tempermental but never stopped and was fine after that. The house was clean and adorable and on a very quiet street and we all had a wonderful time. We are looking forward to our next stay in August.

Cozy cottage OOB

There were a couple of items broken when we arrived. Shakey kitchen chairs and a towel bar in the bathroom. The parking was less than ideal. We were told to park next to the porch and not in the driveway, but there was always a car parked on the street in front of that area. So there was no way to pull into it. The place was clean when we arrived and we left it clean.

The listing says 3 rooms for 8 people, but it was 2 small rooms with a queen bed and the living room with 2 old hyda bads that we flimsy and uneven.

August 2023 Vacation

We had a wonderful time in this lovely house located on a quiet street with wonderful neighbors. The first night we had trouble parking because someone took our spot but a very friendly neighbor said we would park in his driveway as long as we needed but the rest of the week our spot was free. The house was clean and fresh, well stocked with everything that anyone could need, and check-in was a breeze. I cannot say enough nice things about this house. This was our second stay there and I have already booked our next stay. I'm so happy to have found this wonderful home away from home.

Clothes dryer did not work. Sink had no plug so difficult Washing dishes. Towels were old and smelled poorly. Futons old and very uncomfortable for sitting and sleeping. There was no thermostat so could not adjust temperature. Condition and smell of bed linens poor. Parking and location good, check in easy.
