There are cathedral ceilings throughout, an open concept kitchen/living room, breakfast bar, walk in shower and stackable washer/dryer. This home sleeps 4, has Roku TVs in the living room and master bedroom. Split heat pumps provide heat/AC. 2 dedicated parking spaces . Embrace the welcoming atmosphere of this excellent property and make unforgettable memories during your stay. Fall in love with Old Orchard Beach and enjoy the magic it has to offer. Convenient location. Safe, dead end street with just a 5 - 10 minute walk to the beach, downtown, downeaster train, dog park, library, bank, grocery store, etc. Maine Turnpike/Rt 1 is only a 10 minute drive, making this location an easy drive to MMC/Portland or SMMC/Biddeford. This home rents for $1600/month plus utilities Oct-May or $1800/month utilities included. Mid- May-Sept it is rented $300/day, 3 day minimum, 12 month lease available @ $2800/month.
