Perfect place for our family

The condo was a perfect place to stay for our family of 6! The home was clean and the check in process was smooth. We loved the location and the amenities!

The townhome was not stocked well. There were no dish towels in the kitchen, limited amounts of dishwasher detergent (1 pod) and 1 roll of paper towels. The microwave and stove were both very dirty

Amazing place

My family and I came up for a wedding and had the pleasure of staying in this really nice town house. The host was really great at keeping in contact and the townhome was really quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend.

We didn’t realize that there was a flight of stairs to enter the living space from the garage. Some of the group were seniors and it was difficult to come and go having to go up that long flight of stairs. The hall bathroom upstairs had two soaking wet carpets on the floor and the toilet paper holder had fallen off the wall as well. The beds were comfortable. We did not use the pool, there were only 4 wrist bands in the welcome basket and not the 10 as described in the welcome book. The property was okay overall. I would not stay there again, but it was fine for perhaps another group of people.

Very comfortable, spacious and conveniently located!

We had a wonderful time! The condo was large enough for our family of 6. We loved the large family area and large sectional for everyone! We also loved the game room and we were close to a lot shops and places to eat. Property owner was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay there again!

Great Christmas Stay

Great place for us and our 3 adult children (one married)! The owner even offered to drop off a Christmas tree! So thoughtful. Will definitely stay again when we are in town with the whole family!

Great location

This townhome was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was great! It is located close to the freeway and within walking distance of restaurants. We really enjoyed the pickle ball and swimming pool. The kids also enjoyed the game table on the first level.

Potential to be great! The house was very dirty. Clean on the surface, as photos indicate, but dirty once you are in person. Walls/banisters in staircase as well as high traffic areas are filthy. Needs a good deep clean. Not much for supplies. I’ve never stayed at a place that didn’t provide basic supplies. No laundry soap, no dish soap, ran out of bathroom soap on day 2. Messaged owner about concerns with no response. Garage is big enough for 2 small vehicles. We asked for a parking pass to park second vehicle elsewhere, but were not given one. We were not aware parking would be an issue. That info would have been good to know on the booking page. Location was great. Great amenities. As I said, potential to be great.

Good place to stay. Clean. Lots of space. Neighborhood felt safe. Lots of entertainment and food close by. Check in wasn't good. We didn't receive info to get in until 40 minutes after check in time.

It was fine.

It want anything special. Just fine. The couch has a big stain, there are a few things that need repairs or replaced, but it was fine. The parking is bad. We had a third car for one night and had to park in a field a couple of blocks away. I was happy my car was still there in the morning.

Family reunion

Home is comfy and accommodated 8 of us very easily. Good location, close to everything. Lots of children friendly activities nearby. Host is very responsive and friendly. Check-in was delayed. Host assummed VRBO was sending Check-in info automatically, but it didn't and we had to contact host directly. I was aware of the issue, as others had mentioned it as well. But, host was very helpful. Still gave it 5 stars for everything else. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice place but a rude owner and very delayed check-in

The place was nice with a lot of space and a few other perks, like a swimming pool and a pool table. However, I was shocked by the check-in process. I had asked the owner for the check-in instructions 3 times in the two days leading up to the rental. At first he assured me that I will get the entry code the day of the rental (even though for all other rentals on Vrbo it is two days ahead). The day of the rental he completely ignored my request for the instructions. We didn't manage to get in touch with him until 8:20pm at which point he told me to chill and finally texted me the code to the apartment. We had a long day traveling from Yellowstone with two children in the car and at some point we were wondering if we will have to book a hotel room for the night. I see now that I should have read all the reviews, even the 5 star ones, because a lot of people complain about the owner delaying their check-in. This owner doesn't adhere to the rental agreement and is rude on top of it.

Family Wedding

I had three generations that traveled with me for a family wedding. The pictures listed do not do justice to this fabulous townhouse. Everyone was comfy, and we indeed had all we needed. We didn’t spend too much time at the townhouse due to family activities, but the time we did the kids enjoyed the playroom, the adults the an area for themselves, and the enough room for everyone. Any questions we had the owner Jacob was on top of everything. Highly recommend this place. The area is quiet and nice. We saw they had a lot of activities there too, just ran out of time to enjoy.

Comfortable Clean Accommodations

Spacious for the 8 of us!-Comfortable beds, nice gathering space in the living room kitchen area. Clean and bright area! We stayed 3 nights in town for a family wedding- 4 great bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms for all of us. The one bedroom on the main living area was great for my dad to do less steps. We would definitely stay there again when in the area!
