It was clean, comfy beds, plenty of towels & pillows. Snacks & a coffee bar. Plenty of soaps. They responded right away when we contacted her during the stay. Its a basement with little natural light & you can hear upstairs like an apt. The livingroom has no tables & 1 floor lamp. Overhead lights are very bright w no way to dim them. Each room sleeps 2 but only has 1 side table & lamp. The kitchen has nowhere to store your food. Mixing bowls & cooking utensils are cheap plastic. I had to continually wash the spatula if I had more than two things cooking that needed one. But if you like mashed potatoes, you're in luck because there's two potato mashers lol! Only two dish towels. The largest pot (light weight) was barely big enough to cook a pound of pasta. To make spaghetti for 4 I had to make the sauce, put it steaming in the plastic bowl, then cook the pasta after cleaning the pot. The rest of the pots were all small sauce pots. The only thing oven safe was 1 cookie sheet. I had to buy some aluminum baking pans just to make some corn bread. The only thing the kitchen was stocked with was aluminum foil and S&P. Under the sink smelled really bad, but you couldn't smell it w the door closed. The tub did not drain (they responded immediately). Pipes under the bathroom sink were dripping, i didn't bother to say anything since there was a small piece of tupperware placed under the drip to catch water (Overflowed) so they're aware. Some orginal art too which was nice
