Best House on Priest Lake

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home. It was spotless on arrival and is right on the lake with its own dock. You will not find a better house on Priest Lake.

Gracious hosts and beautiful property

This is what vacation places should be! The cabin was beautiful, clean and had EVERYTHING we needed. It truly felt like home! David and Cheryl were very kind and thoughtful and know what hospitality means. We will recommend and stay again at every opportunity!

Spectacular Setting

Dave and Cheryl were perhaps the nicest hosts we’ve ever met. Very open and welcoming, great folks. Their house was absolutely perfect for us whether hanging out, cooking, swimming from the dock and as a base camp for our lake adventures.

Perfect Priest Lake Getaway

The owners and the house were great. Immaculate. Amazing waterfront property with beach, fire pit, great deck and dock for the boat. The kitchen was well furnished. The bedrooms and beds were high quality. Got lots of sleep! Highly recommend. This property.

We were looking for a home to rent to make memories with our family over the busy 4th of July and stumbled upon David & Cheryl’s home. It was pretty last minute and a near miracle that it was available. I cannot explain with words what we experienced but I will try. There is the obvious beautiful lake front location with private dock, fire pit with wood and premade kindling bundles ready for a s’mores feast. The home is located near Elkin’s resort, the nicest restaurant on Priest Lake. We had the most amazing view of their firework show on July 4th!Imagine all the things your own home has. The nice soaps and shampoos. The nice pillows, sheets and mattress topper. Heating and cooling available. Basics like seasonings, oil and paper plates stocked in the kitchen. Laundry detergent, tissues, paper towels, Dove soap bars, Aveeno lotion, extra tooth brushes and tooth paste. Their home was THE BEST rental I have ever stayed in. Nothing was flimsy. They offered you the best that they had and used themselves and I was amazed by this home. The rooms were great and even a single pull out bed for my son to sleep on. The master had a gorgeous view of the lake and much appreciated black out curtains. I wish they had this for the other bedrooms but my kids slept fine and my in-laws are early risers. David and Cheryl are invested in making your stay the best it can be. They offered us tips on finding wild huckleberries and my 10-yr old said it was her favorite part! 20/10!
