Beautiful Priest Lake Home on the Golf Course

We ask you to maintain quiet hours are between 10pm-8 am. This is so that neighbors are not disturbed. Thank you for being respectful of this!
Noise monitors are installed in this home and an alarm may sound to the
owners if the noise reaches an unacceptable level. This is mainly done because there have been issues in the past, and homeowners in this neighborhood have had enough. We do not want to lose the privilege of sharing this area with you and others, so we ask noise to be kept to a nice level, and that you are respectful of the other homeowners and the natural area. Please REMEMBER this is our home.
Cameras are located at the Main Door and by the back patio door & also the garage. They are not monitored after guests arrive except the one in the garage. We ask you to not touch or climb in or on any of our "toys" that are in the garage. Thank you!

During your stay we ask NO PARTIES or EVENTS ("gatherings" are acceptable ie :golf group, wine group, snowmobile club, ski group.... friends or family gatherings) may take place and ONLY guests listed may stay in the home. Invited guests will only be allowed if their name is listed on
the rental agreement and the responsible Guest will admit them and be responsible for them. No more than 10 guests may stay in this home. IF you are having a "gathering of friends and family" we ask you to please pass on the rules to them as well. Thank you!
During Winter months no snowmobiles are NOT allowed on the golf course. Please be
sure, that snowmobiles are not ridden without specific protection on the asphalted.
areas of the home or in the grass. If snow is present this can happen easily but
make sure NO damage is caused. We ask you to keep snowmobiles out of the garage area do not leave garage doors open while running snowmobiles. (We keep items in the garage storage area and do not want them to all smell like snowmobile exhaust.)
