IMPORTANT:

✱ There is a one-time service fee of $50 USD per adult due at check-in (single charge for couples, no charge for minor children). This is a direct cost from Midblock Condominium - paid directly to the building (major credit cards, debit cards, ApplePay accepted only). This charge is NOT included in the rental payment through VRBO.

✱ All guests must register at the front desk upon arrival.
Photo ID is required. All guests will need to acknowledge the condominium rules and regulations. Adult guests must be 21 and over.

✱ Midblock is a residential building (not a hotel) that has strict rules to allow for a peaceful and safe experience for all guests. No visitors are allowed after 11 pm.

Check-Out Time: 11 AM

✱ Guests who lose the Keys / Parking Pass will be charged a $100 USD fee (replacement cost)
