The location was perfect for our stay. The neighborhood was very quiet, and we were close to a grocery store. We were just a short walk to the free trolley which took us to Little Havana! The property itself is very well maintained. We loved the backyard space as well!

The house was cozy
everything was clean and neat. This renter was very good about answering any questions and fulfilling our needs. Especially nice was there were some basic staples in the house..coffee, creamer, sweetener and sugar and some spices. Many of the places we’ve stayed do not provide these things. Check in and check out sere streamlined and easy. I would recommend staying at this home which is central to shopping, groceries, restaurants and the University of Miami( about a 15-20 minute drive)

Nice and cozy place

The place was nice, cozy and very clean. Comfortable beds, kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Very quiet neighborhood and centrally located. Would definitely consider to stay over again on my next trip to Miami.

Incredible

The house was beautiful and the backyard was incredible! The owner was so nice and answered all additional questions I had. She even left a bottle of wine for us as we were celebrating a wedding! It was so thoughtful and above and beyond!

Cute little home

This was a couples trip and we had a blast. Quiet neighborhood, not to far from alot of places. Host was amazing and really easy to get a hold of. We would definitely rent again. The home was great!!

La Casita is quaint, well situated, and nicely kept. Property manager is readily available and very friendly. Stayed for 3.5 weeks. REALLY ENJOYED OUR STAY!!

The place was clean and spacious. The beds are comfortable. Location is great. Close to the airport too. Good communication with the host. We appreciate the welcoming bottle of wine and little details around the house that made the stay comfortable. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Clean, quiet and comfortable

We chose this cozy casita to stay at due to its centralized location for a 3 day fishing trip to Miami. It worked out wonderfully and served as a nice, clean, and quiet place to unwind after long hot days in the water. The host was very helpful and attentive. It had everything we needed to have a wonderful experience. We were very happy with our stay!

Lovely location, easy communication with owner

Lovely property, just as described, everything was fresh and clean! We arrived a day before our cruise departed Miami and were able to relax and chill on the lovely patio out back. Yaynelis helped with a couple of minor questions, responded quickly, and provided all the info we needed. Don't miss out on this terrific location!

Great location and accommodations

Very clean with all of the nice small touches! Very responsive host! A wonderful Cuban restaurant and Cuban/Italian restaurant within easy walking distance. We ate Cuban and Italian and it was excellent! It is a very nice and safe neighborhood with extremely polite and considerate Cuban folks. Also, it is within walking distance of a supermarket to which the host guided us. Close to Amtrak and the Airport.
