"Seas The Day" offers top floor, front row, serene oceanfront views while being located right next door to the Pointe West Beach Club. You could be pool or beachside in seconds! This 3 bedroom, 2 bath vacation home offers over 1400 sq. feet of living space, perfect for family and friends enjoying life's moments together. After a full day of fun, get cooking in the gourmet kitchen, dine al fresco on the private balcony & soak up those amazing gulf views.

"Seas the Day" features an open floor plan, cable TV with high-speed wireless internet throughout and is well-appointed with all the comforts of home. Offering a king bed in the en-suite master bedroom, one queen bed in the second guest bedroom and a bunk bed twin over full with a twin bed in the third. (also has queen sleeper sofa in living room)
A storage locker is provided with this unit.

Pointe West is a privately owned resort community on the western tip of Galveston Island. You will have exclusive access to our private beach that is clean and groomed regularly offering you a perfect spot to relax and unwind, away from the crowds. You are approximately 30 minutes from downtown Galveston and other great Galveston attractions.

RESORT AMENITIES & FEE:
Pointe West Beach Club, open year-round, is a privately owned/separate entity, offering resort style amenities for guest enjoyment.The optional fee is $25 per person (ages 4 & up), per stay (not per day) should you wish to enjoy these amenities. The fee includes use of the Beach Club pool, the seasonally heated Bayside/lazy river pool, hot tubs, a basketball & pickle ball court. Per Beach Club regulations, a maximum of 3 guests per bedroom is allowed for purchase.

The Pointe Restaurant is now open seasonally for lunch and dinner.

The Beach Club will directly email you an invoice for payment, should your party wish to purchase and enjoy the resort amenities. Once paid, you will pick up your amenity wristbands at the Beach Club Office, open daily from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. *Please note their fees are non-refundable, we suggest waiting to closer to arrival for purchase. For questions about the fee or amenities you may contact the Beach Club at

**It is important to note that we manage the rental of your vacation home only. We are not in charge of the community grounds and Beach Club amenities to include the restaurant,pools, beach, or elevators.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
*Check in time is 4:00 pm and check out is 10:00 a.m. *You are welcome before check-in & after check-out to enjoy the beach and resort amenities if you have purchased Beach Club wristbands.
*Rental is equipped with Ring doorbell.
*Please note that all condos are accessible by stairs or elevators. In the event that elevators are placed out of service, stairs will be required.
*Age Requirement is 26+ *No Prom, Graduation or High School groups are permitted even with chaperones!

CANCELLATION POLICY:
*31 or More Days Prior To Your Date of Arrival: A full refund will be issued less a $100.00 administrative fee and the Travel Insurance premium, if purchased.
*Cancellations 30 Days or less: No refunds or transfer of dates.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Is OFFERED for purchase when you secure your vacation reservation. Travel Insurance is coverage that can help protect you from losses from unexpected events that may occur. The hurricane season starts June 1 and ends November 30. Please review our cancellation as well as Storm and Cancellation Policies carefully! These are located in the rental agreement. !

Nice gulf front condo

The condo, while not new, was very nice. Only had 2 issues worth noting. 1) few of the blinds were not 100% functional, which was not a big deal except one was on the master bedroom door to the patio. The blind would not lower all the way meaning that about 12” of the glass door was not covered. In theory, a person at the right location could look up and into the master bedroom. The his made my wife uncomfortable. 2) The bedrooms have carpet. In a high humidity environment this can cause a stale/musty smell. It was nothing that affected Our stay, just could be a cleaner smell.Over all we would definitely stay here again. The condo and the resort was very good over all. Highly recommend paying the resort fee to utilize the pools and hot tubs.

Great place to stay

The unit was very clean upon arrival. The boardwalk to the pool and the beach was right outside our building. We were there during the VERY hot days and were glad that our walk was short. We enjoyed having both a dining table and a seating arrangement to enjoy the balcony which was shady all day. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen wellstocked. The only minus is that the door to the ground floor locker is very hard to open. We certainly can see us returning.

Vaca with grandchildren

The property, the beaches and the condo were very clean. The beach had the best sand I have stepped on in Galveston. The infinity pool was great but the lazy river in the sister property was way toooo short - nott worth the visit! The condo was comfortable, well stocked kitchen, nice beds, great bathrooms, nice large tvs. The best part (even from 2-5:00 at the end of July!) was sitting on the balcony. Believe it or not, cool breezes every afternoon into the evening. Mornings were high humidity with no winds. But it is July! No mosquitos bites and we did not spray on bug spray. The only needs improvement: 1) The sofas in the living room and on the balcony need cleaning. 2) Wish the balcony had curtains to hide the evening sun. Recommend the condo for anyone looking to relax with views of the bay and ocean!

Wonderful Time!

Condo was perfect. Not one thing missing. Plenty of towels, cooking supplies, excellent TV , AC worked great since weather was insanely hot. Beds were perfect. View was great. Cannot think of any improvements at all. Thank you so much.. everyone had a great time!

Perfect Spot for a Weekend Getaway

We had such a great time at Seas the Day! The condo was incredibly clean and very well stocked with everything we could possibly need. We ended up being stuck inside almost the whole weekend due to rainy, cold, windy weather, so it was great to have such a great space to relax in. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook every meal, the living space was perfect for our family of 4 and there were even all sorts of games and puzzles for the kids. You can’t get any better with the location and the views are wonderful. The check-in process and check-out process was so easy too - the owners sent us everything we needed to know ahead of time, making it a breeze. Would definitely return to this unit again in the future!

Beach Bliss

"Seas the Day" was an amazing property. Clean, quiet, beautiful decor, and some of the best views. The condo was very spacious, with comfortable beds, and had everything we could need and more. We especially loved being on the top floor where it was quiet and we could enjoy the views and breeze from the large balcony. It was so convenient to get to and from the beach or the club pool - literally steps away to both. We have visited Pointe West for four summers now, and this property was definitely our favorite. We will surely be staying here again in the future!

Lovely beachfront condo!

Everything about this condo was lovely. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with what we needed, the view was wonderful and the patio furniture was nice. We spent a lot of time on the balcony! The decor was tasteful and not too cluttered. Great all around! The only downside is the trip at all was the elevator wasn’t working when we arrived so my poor husband had to carry all of our suitcases and things for our family of 5 up 3 flights of stairs while being swarmed by mosquitoes. I understand they were really bad all over the island due to all the rain, but I do wish Pointe West would have had someone spraying around in the condo stairwells and parking area under the condo buildings. That’s where they were the worst. Also they could improve driving in parking areas to prevent so much standing water. We were all so bit up the whole weekend. It definitely put a slight damper on the weekend but that is out of this specific property owners control. This is our second stay at pointe west and this condo was lovely and we would absolutely rent from here again!!

Nice unit, a little under-stocked

Our family of five (2 adults, 3 kids--10, 8, 4) stayed at this unit for 3 nights in September 2021. The Unit is updated and was clean on arrival. The appliances are in good working order, although the dishwasher and washer/dryer were older. My main criticism of the unit is it was somewhat understocked with things: it does not come with beach towels and there are zero beach supplies. Other units I've stayed at in Pointe West have beach items for use in their storage lockers, but this unit does not. It also didn't come with any hand soap? Which was maybe an oversight? So, the unit has potential to be great but was mostly just okay for our purposes. Maybe we're picky and most other vacationers wouldn't expect beach towels or beach supplies. There is also no lounge furniture on the patio which was kind of a bummer, as the patio dining set wasn't terribly clean and also not great for just hanging outside. I had no issues with TurnKey--they were very good at quickly answering/solving an issue that popped up with the internet.

Great Place for our family

Wonderfully clean third-floor condo with high ceilings, comfortable beds, modern furnishings, and big balcony with views of the gulf. Ours was a short visit, but the condo had plenty of space for six even without the foldout couch. The pools and hot tubs on both sides of the island were nice. Elevator was slow and a little noisy, so we mostly used the stairs. Check-in was easy. We would stay here again.

We were in Texas for my cousin’s wedding. The condo was perfect!. We loved sitting on the balcony listening to the waves. We loved the lazy river also.

Condo was good - property not so good

We checked in a on Sunday. All was great with the check in process. The condo was marginally clean. Monday morning- the water went off for about an hour. This happened everyday except on Wednesday when it was out all day. The elevator worked 50% of the time - we were on the 3rd floor. Checking out without an elevator was not fun. The condo views were fantastic and was a decent place If it was cleaner and water and elevator worked. If you want a quiet relaxing stay without leaving the property, this is a good location. Traveling to a restaurant took at least 30 minutes to get there.
