"Seas The Day" offers top floor, front row, serene oceanfront views while being located right next door to the Pointe West Beach Club. You could be pool or beachside in seconds! This 3 bedroom, 2 bath vacation home offers over 1400 sq. feet of living space, perfect for family and friends enjoying life's moments together. After a full day of fun, get cooking in the gourmet kitchen, dine al fresco on the private balcony & soak up those amazing gulf views.

"Seas the Day" features an open floor plan, cable TV with high-speed wireless internet throughout and is well-appointed with all the comforts of home. Offering a king bed in the en-suite master bedroom, one queen bed in the second guest bedroom and a bunk bed twin over full with a twin bed in the third. (also has queen sleeper sofa in living room)
A storage locker is provided with this unit.

Pointe West is a privately owned resort community on the western tip of Galveston Island. You will have exclusive access to our private beach that is clean and groomed regularly offering you a perfect spot to relax and unwind, away from the crowds. You are approximately 30 minutes from downtown Galveston and other great Galveston attractions.

The Pointe West Beach Club is a privately owned facility and offers resort style amenities for guests who choose to purchase access. Use of these amenities is optional.
Resort Fee: $25 per person (ages 4+), per stay. *Beach club policy only allows 3 amenity bands per bedroom. It includes use of:
• Beach Club pool and seasonally heated Bayside pool with lazy river
• Hot tubs
• Basketball & Pickleball court and a modest game/exercise room
• Seasonal family activities are offered throughout the year.
• The Pointe Restaurant opens seasonally for lunch and dinner.

The Beach Club will email an invoice directly to you. After payment, wristbands may be picked upon arrival at the Beach Club Office, open daily from 9 AM–5 PM.
Please note: The resort fee is nonrefundable, so we recommend waiting until closer to your arrival before purchasing.

Important: We manage the rental home only. We do not oversee the Beach Club, its amenities, the restaurant, pools, beach access, or elevators. Refunds and/or cancellations are not given for any closures they may experience.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
•     Check in: 4 PM
•     Check out: 10 AM
•     Guests may enjoy the beach and Beach Club amenities before check in and after check with wristband purchase.
•     All condos are accessible by stairs or elevator. If elevators are out of service, stair access will be required.
No refunds or alternative accommodations are provided for elevator outages.
•     Minimum age requirement: 26+
•     No prom, graduation, or high school groups, even with chaperones.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
*31 or More Days Prior To Your Date of Arrival: A full refund will be issued less a $100.00 administrative fee and the Travel Insurance premium, if purchased.
*Cancellations 30 Days or less: No refunds or transfer of dates.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Is OFFERED for purchase when you secure your vacation reservation. Travel Insurance is coverage that can help protect you from losses from unexpected events that may occur. The hurricane season starts June 1 and ends November 30. Please review our cancellation as well as Storm and Cancellation Policies carefully! These are located in the rental agreement.
