The place was very clean and comfortable. The views were amazing! The kitchen had everything we needed. Access to the beach was a short walk, which the grandkids loved. Everyone had a wonderful time.

This is our second time at this property. We like the layout of the rooms. It is close to a beach access point. The front patio has a great view of the ocean. The small patio off the master bedroom has a great view of the bay side. Both are perfect for relaxing, and enjoying the sunrise/sunset.

The condo was cute and clean. The elevator was broken when we arrived so we had to carry luggage, groceries, etc., up 3 flights of stairs. Then the access code I received was not working. Fortunately, I was able to get someone on the phone and get a new access code. The next day, the downstairs neighbor knocked on the door saying the mallet front bathroom shower was leaking into theirs and asked us not to use it. I crammed the rental company & the last set up a work order. The maintenance guys came up that day but were unable to fix it, as the leak was in the pipes somewhere. They said they had to get permission from the owner to call a plumber. We had just 1 shower for the weekend. The elevator did get fixed sometime before Saturday morning so we didn’t have to lug everything back down the stairs. Other than those hiccups, our stay was nice.

The property is fantastic and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The only thing I didn't like was that I paid for an additional night so that we could check in early. We were supposed to come in late the evening before so we'd have the whole next day. Fortunately/unfortunately we weren't able to leave when we wanted, but it was probably for the best. When we did get there the next morning, the door code didn't work. It would have been miserable to get there the night before and not be able to get in. Since it would have been close to 10pm I don't know how we would have gotten someone to fix the issue, and what we would have done it we couldn't reach anyone.
