You'll enjoy the amenities including the blazing fast internet and parking galore! 3-car detached garage with opener, outdoor area with a fabric covered pergoala is deal for cooking outside or just chatting over bourbon. The bedrooms provide refuge while lower level lounge/BR can provide room for groups to "do their own thing".
The space
Cozy "Little Pink Houses" type house that has been fully updated this year. This can be a "stair free" stay as only the laundry and the extra room are down the stairs. The bedrooms are cozy and built for comfort as the neighborhood is quiet except during Indianapolis Motor Speedway events such as the Indianapolis 500--please remember that track has no lights so it is never at night! Great yard for walking your doggos(not fenced in though).
Guest access
Guest have access to the entire house, deck and garage except on raceday of the Indianapolis 500. The yard and garage will be used for parking for the Indianapolis 500. Your two vehicles will be included in the staffed parking lot/or garage. Your vehicle limit for any booking that included the Indianapolis 500 Race Day will be for two standard vehicles. RV parking is always a possibility but must be negotiated seperatel and not included in the booking.
