The property was nice. Big yard with lots of space for kids to play. The house was small but adequate for our needs. Overall, we had a very good stay. We would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Very Nice House

Very nice house in Slippery Rock. The house was clean and the kitchen was great. Very close to Main street. Stayed here over Slippery Rock graduation. Perfect stay.

Great place to stay in Slippery Rock/Grove City area

We very much enjoyed our stay here over 5 days in the area in moving our son into college. The house was comfortable, clean, and conveniently located. Short walk into downtown Slippery Rock and easy drive to Grove City. Also enjoyed a day trip to Pittsburgh.

Great Staging Location for a Local Wedding

We needed a place for multiple family members for a local wedding and this was perfect. Clean, roomy, close to our venue, and reasonably priced. Process was easy and owners gave us the space we needed to have a great weekend.

Great Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. It’s within walking distance of restaurants and bars. There were plenty of towels, kitchen stuff, and misc. toiletries in case you run out. If I’m in the area again, I’d definitely stay here again.

Great Family Home

This was our second time staying in the home. Always clean and comfortable. This time I could see that they were adding pavers outback and adding a nice deck. I am sure it will be great.

Farmhouse vibe

This was the perfect place to celebrate our daughter’s graduation and have family to celebrate. Easy to book, was accessible. Nice decor. Would recommend upgrading cooking utensils and bakeware and organizing so easy to find. Overall great experience and would stay again.

Great Stay!

Shirley was an excellent hostess and was so responsive to any requests. Our VRBO was clean and had just about everything we could have needed. So much thought was given to the comfort of the occupants. Great location within walking distance of the university and town. Nice to have a garage to use in inclement weather. Just would like to have an overhead light in basement and breezeway. We’ll be back for sure!

Perfect House for Our Needs

The home was clean, perfect size, and had nice new family room furniture. The only adjustment for us was using Apple TV which was a learning curve. No issues with phone reception. Quite neighborhood. Best feature for us overall was the huge garage attached to the home.

Wonderful stay

This house has everything you'll need. We were in town for an event at the University and thoroughly enjoyed staying at a home instead of a hotel. The property has all the comforts of home. The beds are comfy. The kitchen is fully stocked. We loved being able to use the garage to park our cars in. My son enjoyed running off some steam in the huge yard. The only thing I'd mention, and it didn't bother us any, is that the bedroom with the desk in it has the door that leads into the garage in it. Depending on who's staying and when they're coming and going, this could be a concern. But like I said, for us it was never a problem. We would highly recommend this place.

Great place in Slippery Rock

This home is perfect. The location is great, just a short drive off the interstate. The house is located in the heart of Slippery Rock close to local shops and restaurants. It’s clean and quite. The home has everything you need in the kitchen. The beds are super comfortable, I slept amazing. The check in/check out process was simple and straight forward. Most of all, Shirley is an amazing host. She is very easy to communicate with and extremely attentive. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great stay

Shirley was very responsive to my questions prior to our arrival. The house was perfect. My family of 4 stayed here while visiting family for thanksgiving. The house is perfect for kids, but the kid stuff wouldn't be distracting or in the way if you weren't traveling with children. Check in instructions were clear and easy. We ate most of our meals with our family so I can't really speak to how well equipped the kitchen was but it was definitely fine for our needs. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit.

Great location

Lovely and homey...nice modern kitchen...comfortable beds (living room furniture, not so much). Because we're sports fans, we were disappointed that the smart TV didn't have option to view the Steelers and World Series games. Tried to livestream, but slow Internet was very frustrating.
