Short Walk to Beach!

Recently renovated single story home on quiet street off Jerusalem Road. Enjoy one floor living (3 bedrooms/2.5 baths) with quick access to beach, downtown Cohasset and Hull. Enjoy your morning coffee, a run or spend the day at Cohasset's Black Rock Beach, which is a walkable 3/5 miles from your home away from home.
There are so many things about this home to love. There is a beautiful outdoor space with a gorgeous backyard, private hammock area and an outdoor shower to rinse off at after a day at the beach. When you walk into the home there is a large open gourmet kitchen with high-end stainless steel appliances. Open concept to a dining room table which can expand a seat 8. There is a wonderful gas fireplace on one side of a small separation wall and a wood fireplace on the other. The living room is beach casual inspired decor with matching comfortable couches and chairs to be able to seat10. There are two smart TVs within the house one in the living room and one in the primary bedroom. All bathrooms are high end marble with Restoration hardware vanities.
This is the sun filled space that has everything you would need for a shorter or long-term stay. It’s in a wonderful quiet family neighborhood within a five minute walk to the beach.
You will fall in love with this home and all that Cohasset has to offer.

Cohasset also hosts an incredible non-profit venue for live music and the arts called “Music Circus”. The tent only hold a bit over 2,000 people so it is quite intimate. We would highly recommend taking advantage of this treasure.

Heaven on Earth

We can NOT say enough about our stay at Michael's chanting beach house. Clean, accommodating, great location...the list goes on. We could have stayed another 8 days. Love, love, love! Can't wait to go back!

Memorial Day Weekend Family Gathering

Beautiful neighborhood, close to beaches or downtown shopping and dining. Great south shore location to navigate from. Home was beautiful and clean, frictionless stay and owners were there for us but fortunately we didn’t need them :) Would visit this property again!

A beautiful, well-appointed, perfectly located beach house!

My family had a wonderful, seamless, relaxing stay at Ann-Marie and Michael’s beach house in Cohasset! The house is really well-designed - they’ve thought of everything - we were able to entertain two other couples who live in the area and this proved both easy and even elegant. This is the second property belonging to these hosts we have visited and we will definitely be back - they’re gracious and accommodating, and they have great taste.

Wonderful House

The house is lovely. The beds were so comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped and the bathrooms very clean and modern. The neighborhood is very quiet and there is lots of comfortable seating in the living room. Communicating with the owner was super easy and he was very prompt to respond. I highly recommend this property!

Great House and Fantastic Hosts!!!

My family and I enjoyed our stay in Cohasset. The house was super clean and everything was as advertised. The house is located in a beautiful neighborhood...the entrance to the neighborhood has an amazing view of the ocean. Short trip to beach and town. The hosts are extremely responsive to any questions and truly care about your experience. I would highly recommend these hosts and the property.

Spectacular vacation!

We stayed in Cohasset for the weekend of my daughter's graduation from Boston University. The home was immaculately prepared and stocked extraordinarily well. We had beautiful weather and were able to enjoy the surrounding towns of Hull and Hingham, along with Nantasket Beach and Cohasset. It was a perfect alternative to staying in a city bustling with graduations, Taylor Swift, Celtic's games, etc. The furniture is comfortable and cozy. We felt right at home! We highly recommend this lovely house.

Great family house

Great house for a family vacation. The owners were super nice. The house was clean and as listed. It was in a great location and easy to walk to a cute little stone beach. Unfortunately the VRBO site was not cooperating so they had to do everything by text and even with that they had great communication for check in. We did not get the check out process through the VRBO app either but that was not the owner’s fault. They really made it work despite the issues with VRBOs app. Would definitely stay there again.

Just meh

This rental is as advertised. However, the outdoor space is unkempt, buggy, weedy and unclean. In essence, there was no pleasant place to sit outside and have a glass of wine. The tiny fence surrounding the inside portion of the yard is rickety and dirty and once you sit down is all you can see. The outdoor grill was quite dirty and gross as was the inside oven. The entire home had an odd smell that I could not rectify with scented candles. The windows and window sills were filthy and full of bugs. Overall this rental was a disappointment and much too expensive for the place.

Lovely, comfortable home in quiet neighborhood close to beach!

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying here for nearly a week while our house was painted. The interior of the house is clean, modern and the furniture is comfortable. The owners are quick to respond to questions and went above and beyond to accommodate us on short notice. The house is quaint and is located on a quiet street. It is also walking distance to the beach! We highly recommend this home and look forward to returning again soon!
